EVO Japan 2019 Grand Finals was amazing, because of the emotional investment from both players. From AK and the underrepresented Philippines, and Arslan from Pakistan, another underrated country for Tekken. None of the big names made it to the grand finals and that's something you normally don't see. Arslan really deserved this win.

AK was playing absolutely out of his mind to get to grand finals on winner’s side, and it would’ve been a great underdog story for another underrepresented region, like mentioned. But Arslan was just too good, and he proved that the Evo Japan victory wasn’t a fluke with how he dominated the FT10 sets against the Japanese players.

you dont know how surprised I was when I learnt about a Pakistani guy becoming a Tekken 7 Champion in Japan. Was so hard to believe at first. But now as I watched this video and came to know about all the hardships he had to face and become successful, my respect for him has increased thousand folds.
