I move cement bags all day and dig foundations. Most I've picked up and carried about 30 feet on average was 3 bags weighing 234lbs, would do it pretty often over 8-10 hour days. Was still in my 20s. Mid 30s now and beat up from construction and training, I stick to one bag at a time haha.I have lifted atlas stones but only up to 150-200ish lbs. I'd give that 335 a go fresh, with chalk. This guy could do it easily if he hadnt just burned out on the previous stones.

Very impressive results from a relatively light contestant!! He demonstrated good form, the positioning which the Atlas Stones require (despite how it appears to casual viewers). The spotter behind the barrels knows what he’s doing; though he is indeed close, this isn’t his first “marble run…” Note the kilts? This is likely a portion of a Scottish Highland Games competition. In which case these may be termed McGlashen(?) Stones.
@kylethekidable5 ай бұрын
He did well, but his form is a bit lacking. He leaked a bit of leverage by keeping his arms wrapped around the last one like a hug. Ideally, you want to wrap your arms over the top as much as possible to let the leverage pull the stone up
