I remember seeing that ad on a VHS tape when I was a kid as well, but I don't remember what it was, either. I want to say it was Captain America 1990, but that wasn't Corman.

My favorite thing about this episode was it reminded me of my old podcast. We would interview people like Jack Perez, Lloyd Kauffman, Tommy Wiseau and ask the same question “How do you become a filmmaker?” The answer was always the same “just make a movie” - it’s advice I took, and whether one becomes a breakout from that or not, it doesn’t matter. You had a story that was in heart and you were able to share it with others.

I remember the trailer being shown on a VHS tape, it was The Skateboard kid. I didn’t know the title until now honestly. I only remembered the movie and one particular actor that was in it that helped me narrow my search.

From my understanding, a trailer played on the video release of Corman's Carnosaur and Little Miss Millions. And The Skateboard kid. And from what I read on Wikipedia the premiere was supposed to be on January 19, 1994, So, you could consider that the anniversary, I guess. Also, a fan is remastering the movie on KZbin. Just searched The Fantastic Four (1994) Remastered.

Great episode guys, once again you do a 'fantastic' job in these interviews... I recently watched the Doomed documentary, it's a great watch. This production deserves to be remebered and seen more and more... Still the best FF movie. I hope one day the Batgirl movie also gets justice.

They should have used the Moleman here instead of the Jeweller, especially he could have the villain of the first Tim Story Fantastic Four where like Victor who being nice to Ben that he managed to cure him well how about like in the episode Molehattan the Moleman try to convince Ben to ditch Reed and the others to come live with him as he is the perfect poler opposite of the Thing and I presume you know that he was originally meant to be Tim Blake Nelson’s character in the 2015 movie because I think could have used other villains instead of Dr Doom for that movie like Annihilus and Blaststar, the Red ghost and the super apes, the Mad Thinker or the Frightful Four which I’m sure if the Wizard and the Trapster were own by Fox as Sandman and Medusa were other places

As far as I know it was a rights situation. They couldn't use that character. Same reason Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer Andre Braugher's character was changed from Nick Fury to General Hager. Marvel had plans for Nick Fury.

Hey guys its me Johnny back again, just to summary up , i imagine some things that could made fant4stic better if had more acation , more coflint bewtwen the four and the villans should have molecule man instead of doom & Annilhus , i awalys think the character of owen reece could have been a cool antagonistic i imagine rewritten him as reed & ben childhood friend as they grown up they meet sue storm owen falls for her but she is more interistied with reed who could make a conflinct between the two as friends i know a made him a composiste character of doom but i think we some tweak could turn this silver age villan into a real meance like they did we the vulture
