As a red blooded American male and a rock musician myself. I can't find any fault with Stevie. If the men in her life couldn't over come their possession of their lovers, that I not her fault. These roosters crow all the time about how they want women treated equally, in all things, but OMG if their girl friend or wife gives the time of day or a fling in the hay with someone their attracted to. All the alarms of insecurity start going with a deafening and monotonous blare. It irritates me when I see female artists get pushed around and put down for such boojwah reasons. My God, guys, this isn't the 50s and you should be glad it isn't or guys with that attitude will only get sympathy sex. Nobody should be fat shaming anybody. The guys that do should be rolling their beer bellies around in a wheel barrow or a hand truck. The song, "Landside," came out at a time when I was having to remove my denial about aging. Go get em Stevie and don't let anybody push you around. If you were not the superb writer and singer that you are with your smarts and sensitivity, you'd never get the attention you get or the amount of moolah and fame that anybody would be happy with."
