Its not theirs because they break into houses as a theif. Even the lightest cases where the person had to be gotten rid of they would have to give it back to the next American. I dont think they got enough money in their houses to pay for all they stole and to attempt to rebuild and pay for them they probably would not have bicycle left. They should work for the rest of their lives though I dont think they understand how to work. They get paid for joining a gang. How did they get famous for stealing 3 things all the time. Why dont they call themselves the fbt and steal food, bacon and tires. Next the pga and take packages, gas and automobiles. Its just as legal for them to do. They have more right to take anything else over those thing since from the beginning they had zero. They would not have to drop in morality to do it. About $150 Aussie bucks. Bought it during lunch break. Took it back to school with me - no one cared. Took it home with me on the school bus with half of it sticking out of my back pack - no one cared. I was 17yo and in final year of school. No background checks done. No waiting. Used and abused it on the farm (mainly vermin control) until for some reason it f'd up and I chucked it in the rubbish. I used this weapon extensively on multiple missions like operation metro and operation firestorm, I even used it on the Caspian border. The original USAS 12 preformed very well. However higher-ups found that it was too powerful and unfair and they chose reduce its effectiveness by a lot making it sub par. But the United States Army's Shotgun will always be the goat. 🐐

In Syphon Filter 2, you use the USAS to shoot at the armored final boss and push him into helicopter blades. That being the only time you use it after your companion uses it made it a cool and mythical gun in my eyes. I had the full auto version assigned to me when I was a Special Agent with U. S. Customs. We got about 25 of them from the local National Guard who were supposed to use them for crowd control but they decided that they were a bit much. They were headed to Rock Island to be shredded but I save them and had them added to our arsenal. The only problem I had with mine was that it would foul quickly, especially on full auto. You had to really keep the thing lubricated with a ton of oil.
