Very nice! I've been planing to make this setup for a while now. Belts for speed and elimination of z wobble. Triple z-axis for True Auto Bed Leveling and 45 degree printing to eliminate the need for support material. I even think you can do non-planar printing, but I haven't tested that yet. Great job on your build, looks solid!

How do those 3 kinematic mounts work on the bed? Are they just balls resting in V-slots or are they retained in some way? Can't wait to see this thing completed by the way!

Hi Trevor. They are only retained by gravity and neodymium magnets under the ball joint, I see no problem with this solution so far. We could add springs if it turns out we need more retention.

What angle are the two front mounts for the bed mounted at? Are they pointed towards the center of the bed, or towards the center of the opposite side of the triangle formed by the 3 points, or somewhere else?

The angle is dependent on the maxwell coupling criteria and is related to the distance of the rails as well as the placement of the ball joints. It is all parametric and has nothing to do with center of the bed. You need to look into Maxwell couplings to understand how it works or you can download my design when it gets to release V1.0
