I think you could try adding later a way for the program to find a way to Line up the line up by checking to see if the ui elements line up with any key points on textures. This could help make it so you aren’t just aiming in the sky at a random spot.

placeable enemies would be really effective for things like flash bangs and sova darts. one problem that i find is really pervasive with dart line ups and flashbangs is that they get partial flashes or miss corners you dont expect them to miss making it really easy for someone to play anti-flash or to deny intel. and with flash bangs giving a visual cue for how long they have before they pop on the object trail (like a green, yellow, red gradient) would be helpful for visualising the optimal flash line ups. As well with the placeable enemies, you could have a camera with the time a flash is visible for so you know how easy it is to dodge. would be cool as might be too resource intensive though idk.

I feel like a lot of people using the final product of this software will use it to find line-ups in the middle of the round due to their not being much other use for a calculator. That in turn means getting the line-up fast will play a big part in the usefulness a calculator like this one. One feature I would suggest to help with getting the line-up quickly is to be able to place where the spike has been planted quickly. Placing it in 3d probably would be slow (due to running back to where you want to throw the line-up from) so I could see a little 2D screen of both bomb sites where you can drag and drop the bomb to the desired location dynamically could save time.

Instead of making the floor collision based on detection of the angle, make it check if it’s hitting the floor of the map (which you should manually assign a floor value to each face thats in the floor) so it can bounce off on onto stuff like the roof above switch on ascent. tldr: change floor collision

"doing it in reverse" is a common suggestion to reduce the solution space but I don't get how it makes it easier. How do you even simulate backwards from a stopped molly? How did it get there?

For getting from Blender to Unity - have you tried exporting the Blender files as OBJ files? If that doesn't work, the USD file format might work better.

Hey Bamboo! For legal safety reasons I advise ya to kind of offload and automate the downloading process of textures(given they are straight from the game). If you publish the calculator with all the textures (given they are straight from the game) within the project, Riot will have some grounds to get pissy with you.
