The value of regret

This is the first time I've expressed regretfulness like this. Regret has so much to teach me, but I've avoided it my entire life. I have been stubborn. I'm beginning to see all of my emotions and feelings as signals. I'm listening more intently to what my body, mind and spirit is trying to tell me.
