@@Nik-55 The point is not who between the two deserved to live Jess or Vicki and who between the two would have been the best vampire and surely both Elena and Stefan could break their necks, both of which, that is, both Elena and Stefan in the emergency of the moment and panic reacted like this, too. because there are situations where you don't have time to think "wait but he's a good guy" etc, my point was since Caroline scolded Elena, everyone agrees to Caroline and Elena as always she is badly viewed but when Stefan did the same no one he saw wrong and was considered a hero.

I personally don’t think it was a fair comment from Caroline although I get her being upset. What she said kinda made no sense bc when Elena kills Jesse, who was turned by Wes, in order to save Damon it’s her fault but when Stefan killed Vicki, who was turned by Damon, in order to help Elena it’s Damon’s fault...Huh? So in one instance the person who turned the vamp (Damon) is blamed and in the other the person who kills the vampire to help someone they care about (Elena) is blamed. Why does Elena get blamed for doing the exact same thing Stefan did in the first season. Caroline should’ve been mad at Wes for making Jesse a vampire who fed on vampires. Also, Elena did call out to Jess to let go but he didn’t and Damon said he was going to get his head ripped off. She couldn’t just ‘snap his neck’ or pull him off bc Jesse was stronger than an average vampire and he was already latched onto Damon.

Exactly, well said! I get that Caroline reaction in connected not only with the fact that she liked Jesse, but also with her personal relationship with Damon. She still doesn't like him and it's totally fine, but her feelings for him really overshadow her judgment lately. I also think that if on Damons place would be anyone else, she probably wouldn't be that harsh to Elena.

I'm not saying that killing Jesse was okay and I understand why Caroline was mad and she said it probably cuz she was under emotions, she liked Jesse. But still it's kinda hypocritical from her. And there is a high possibility that if on Damon's place would be Stefan or Bonnie (actually anyone except Damon), her reaction would look completely different. If Elena only had a moment to think and choose the best option. When you're in situation like this, when someone you love is in danger and can die in seconds normally you don't think, you just try to do first thing that came to your mind to save them. First thing that you know would work. Same happened with Caroline when she killed those 12 witches. She had no time to think and to proces the whole situation. Just killed the witches to save Bon. Same with Stefan when he killed Vicki. He could break her neck too, but in that moment he went for killing her.

Bonnie will always find a way to make her situation look better. Fact that she is talking about being with Jeremy doesn't mean that she is not suffer at this time. That's completely two different things, cuz love for Jer won't take away the pain that comes with being an anchor. She was dead for couple of months so it's obvious she is happy about finally being able to do college. And even when she was dead she tried to convince Jeremy it wasn't that bad. It was the same when Matt met her on the other side. She always plays strong and is the last to complain to her friends about what's going on with her.

Which is why after the pain passes she could still want to continue being with Jeremy. You said there is no balance but isn't that the same balance the show gives everyone else? This is the first for Bonnie actually.

She really didn't get a "story" until now. And apparently everytime we see Bonnie it's a wig. She wasn't even allowed to have her real hair out. Which is different than Nina wearing a wig for Katherine because that was to distinguish between the two. Why make her wear a wig? It was disheartening when I heard that because I always loved her hair.

Part of her plan and was actually not meant to be torture but was to help her. No Elena is right and Caroline was so wrong. Caroline killed 12 witches to protect Bonnie so how dare she judge Elena for saving her soulmate. Jesse was a vampire ripper with more strength than vampires 10 times his age. Elena needed to kill him, stabbing him somewhere else wouldnt really save Damon's head from a ripper feeding. Like Stefan said "Im a ripper, a ripper doesnt stop". So dont get how u agreed that old elena would be different, Caroline is just hating because shes never been onboard with Delena and still doesnt get that Delena belong together. Stefan also killed Vicki same way to save Elena and she wasnt even a ripper, Damon could obviously feel he was about to lose his head.

I don't ship Katherine and Stefan, but I loved their scenes in this episode. I also think she is one of the people who actually appreciates Matt, besides Rebekah. I'm really glad you like him too. Jesse was a really nice guy and it is so frustrating that he had to die so soon, especially because it is - again - so related to Damon. Many people blamed Caroline for her words at this point, but she has a valid point. Of course Elena would defend someone that she loves, but being with Damon has really changed her, and not into a good direction, in my opinion. Caroline has every right to say these things, because Damon was the one who used and raped her in the past and she wants the best for her friend. I'm sad that Bonnie and Jeremy finally got some happy moments together and it gets interrupted like this. I've said it before, but please - Bonnie needs and deserves a break and happiness! And I don't understand why people always compare Elena's actions to others'. People judge every character individually, because each character have their own standards of what is right & wrong. But these Elena fans just compare her actions to Klaus', Stefan's etc. which is just unfair. Not to mention, these same people criticize Caroline to have a soft spot for Klaus (when she never really went on with it) but defend Elena for acting up on her feelings for Damon even if it upsets everyone else.
