When Stefan says I love her and Damon says so do I, it really shows how much things have changed, Damon isn't the older brother who loves his brothers girlfriend anymore, they both love Elena and Elena obviously loves both of them, as a friend or not, its kinda like a fair fight now, because Elena isn't with Stefan anymore so Damon isn't in the wrong for loving her, if that makes sense :)

As far as I can figure the birth order of the Original siblings goes 1.) Finn 2.) the unknown at this point sibling 3.) Elijah 4.) Klaus 5.) Rebekah 6.) Kol 7.) Henrik We know from what Rebekah told Elena that Henrik was the youngest brother and Klaus calls her little sister so she’s younger than him, and at least when we meet him it seems like Kol is younger than Finn, Elijah, and Klaus, but both Finn and Elijah give off older brother energy and it just feels like the one sibling that’s never mentioned would be older than the others. That’s just my guess on birth order though and it made sense in my head.

Basically there was kind of an 'opening' on the other side after Jeremy came back to life and ghosts were able to have a footing in the real world. Bonnie and her mum opening the coffin i'm assuming allowed Esther to escape and she was using her own magic as well to push. Honestly i don't understand how her body was preserved and i don't think the show ever addresses that...it's one of those details that they just gloss over lmao
