I agree! I also think it’s interesting that Damon got in trouble for attacking Kol, when he was actually saving Matt’s life. I think that’s one of the most interesting things I find about Damon. The things that he does to help people he never takes credit for. On one hand I find it sweet that he doesn’t need praise when he does good things, but at the same time it’s annoying because people in the show are always getting angry at him for certain things, when he was actually doing them to help someone, and he just never tells them that, because he doesn’t mind being hated.

@@ValJ_29 yes honestly I stopped watching the show because at that point both the fandom writers and the writers appeared to have the exact opposite views of the show to myself lol. What I liked, the fandom hated. What I hated, the fandom liked. And they seemed to do more fan service stuff as it went on. Not that it was just fan service! It just became clear it wasn’t about characters who stood for something larger than themselves, who were usually portrayed as villainous or despised by the fandom. And the favorite ships were the most stereotypical toxic “good girl meets bad boy and makes him good” ships. I like plenty of toxic ships lol, but apparently the most important ones in the show didn’t make any logical sense to me and just perpetuated common and tired tropes that harm people in real life. Didn’t mean for this to turn into a rant as I do like many aspects of TVD and definitely the original family. But I also liked some variety in the family which got whittled down. Maybe the show is different, but there were other things they changed there (or developed) that also had me looking sideways.

i like elena, but i think sometimes she is very cruel to damon ... he was the only one who really sided with her when Stefan disappeared with Klaus and yet she says his love is a problem .. that's why i I like the evolution of your characters, because we can see that their love was built and didn't appear out of nowhere.. i really love Delena for me it's the best couple in the show ♥️

you could tell she regretted it after saying that i just think she was frustrated with him because he wouldn't let her do what she wanted to do and then the thing with kol she just wished that he wasn't so emotional in those moments which is why she said that and it kind of came out wrong as if she didn't care about him loving her delena does have some of the best development on the show though, i agree & i do think a lot of people, in general, are a bit cruel to damon when he doesn't do much like damon protecting matt from kol should have been a good thing? i know he went a bit overboard but elena is probably the least cruel but they have definitely had ups and downs and she has said stuff (like this) that was a bit much but i do understand what she meant by saying it, it's kind of a foot in mouth situation where she didn't mean it like that but it came out like that

I love the parties and dances of this beautiful series 😍 I liked Elena she was beautiful but Caroline was divine with the dress given by Klaus, if Caroline is made for fashion, organizing parties and events, Klaus is the incredible top as evil as Klaus may have so refined tastes and be an artist, Klaus and Caroline very similar in character and even if I love opposite couples Klaus and Caroline I like them because they are similar they are intriguing together, I love them. But I wish you didn't forget if one important aspect is that Caroline accepted gifts from someone who killed Jenna, abused Elena, killed her, mistreated her, used her, ruined Stefan's life and Elena helped ruin her relationship. Stefan and Elena, he destroyed Tayler's life and almost killed Caroline even though you can save her it was fair to remember for what you can will happen 😏. I hate when I feel that as they are original how others dare to attack or face them, as if only they are important, I love that for Damon this does not care that they are original and he does not fear him, I like that he attacked Kol even if I do not like that she attacked him as a consequence of Elena's anger still on this Damon has to work. Elena as usual has been a bit hard on Damon even if it wasn't intentional but it's very interesting how she is very big to Damon she is very nice to Stefan never accuses him, never judges him and doesn't say anything to him though on the one hand I also like this aspect because Damon also wands Elena even if at that moment it seems ugly in reality it is their continuous growth. Stefan continues to bore me with his constant feelings of guilt and his depressed state of mind I understand that he cannot be happy and rejoice in what he has been through or was forced to do but he must go on and be close to those who say he loves also because with Elena she doesn't have to behave like that also because when it comes to Stefan she never judges and never said anything to him, you can she is very empathetic and Elena lives to please others so it's enough Stefan goes back to being a good boy . I find it very immature to go to bed just because you have been hurt or disappointed by the person you love among other things with someone like Rebecca who has done so much harm to the woman you love and to your brother, this is one thing I hate so Damon in this I did not like it. I know that his emotional immaturity is due to so many wounds and disappointments but he has to overcome this and face things for what they are and I also know that his impulsiveness doesn't help him much in this. I don't understand how Rebeca gets on with Damon I don't know when she inflicted a branch in his stomach 😏. Strong Stefan telling him to Damon that he went crazy when he attacked kol but he who wanted to kill Klaus so far has forgotten 😂. I'm not completely sorry that Esther wants to kill what she created even though it doesn't make much sense now after a long time and of all the original brothers I'm sorry for Eliah and I'm sorry when he was lied to by Elena because he didn't deserve it. 'it must be said that he too disappointed her and the others when he saved Klaus.

@@Disagovsky this isn’t whining it’s just looking at facts even if weakened and disadvantaged an original should never be overpowered by a century vampire, Rebekah while severely weakened defeated like 10 ancient vampires including aya who is 800 years old +, Kol who You’d assume is bettter trained than Rebekah shouldn’t have gotten over powered especially by Damon who struggled against Katherine with stefans help, if Stefan snapped kols neck I’d call it bullshit too, same with any vampire not older than 500, and I do also consider Caroline beating Damon bullshit especially since the only explanation we got was that she was angrier.

The only reason damon managed to win the fight here is because hes charged at kol and he's landed on his back. Probably injured and no time to heal and damons got the better of him by being on top unharmed. Thats my take on it anyway

It’s still bullshit if you’ve seen what Kol is capable of later on in the show and especially in the originals, it’s one thing to push him off that’s totally believable, what’s not believable is Damon overpowering and snapping his neck, Kol shouldn’t struggle that much, it’s not hard to get someone much weaker than u off of u in a fight. This is just Damon showing us his main character plot Armor

I think Elena's case is a bit different, more like a girl developed strong feeling for a guy who is constantly pursuing her when her True love was held a prisoner by an enemy almost infinitely. Damon isnt constantly pursuing her though at all, he pretty much stopped in 2x08 when he confessed his love and took it away. He obviously stayed around in s3 to protect Elena and track his bro. He was still with Andy until Stefan killed her. Damon isnt constantly pursuing Elena, Andy was his distraction and again he gave Elena her necklace in premiere, that represents hope for Stelena. Stefan is her first love, her feelings for Damon are confusing because they're so intense, consuming and not the same as Stefan which is confusing because she knows she loves Stefan yet it's not the same as the ones for Damon. Damon to me has always been her true love. The road to true love is never easy and that's Delena.
