I just love the fact, that the episode title was actually said by Caroline in the very first episode of this show, after she saw Stefan for the first time. That's what you call a full circle. This episode was full with nostalgia though, Damon named all the villain/antagonist storylines, Stefan and Caroline were talking about several past moments in their vows, we had the necklace again, a toast to Liz, Alaric's voice over speech which can be interpreted in multiple ways, obviously Matt's mom and Vicky, etc.

Caroline and Stefan’s wedding was beautiful! Their vows to each other were so wonderful. Their story really came full circle from season 1. That moment between Damon and Caroline, when he gives her the necklace is one of my favorite moments between the two of them ❤️ they really are family now.
