My sentiments exactly. As I've stated so many times, Kat's natural magnetism just fit well with everyone. But they were concerned that having the lead males be around her so that it didn't upset their precious triangle the exhausted for years. When you got an actor with that type of chemistry, it's like lightening in a bottle, and they wasted it away because of their bigotry. Caroline literally had no main purpose until the actress got pregnant and they tied her into a storyline. Yet they spent 1/3 of the airtime on Bonnie when she was essential to everything going on in Mystic Falls.

You don’t understand how I felt about Stefan when he killed Enzo. People hold Lexi against Damon and I hold Enzo against Stefan. For me, this was worse bc Enzo was on the show for two seasons not one episode. He was there for Damon at a dark time in his life and encouraged him to have a bond with Stefan. He made Bonnie so happy, she said she never knew what it meant to want forever with someone until she met him. Seeing her yell like that and the abruptness in which he died will never not hurt, Enzo dying was unnecessary :(

Great is your comment ... I would also like to say other things that I never believed very much in the love that Stefan had for Elena. Stefan from 1x2 when Elena and Damon know each other and Damon kisses Elena's hand he had already seen attraction between the two and has always known inside him that Elena likes Damon and that is why even though he apparently had a relationship with her and in any case the 'he loved in his own way he accepted twice that Elena died and while the majority saw this as a beautiful thing that he accepts Elena's choices he actually preferred her dead rather than tomorrow next to Damon. Recall that in season 5 thanks to katherina overcomes the fact that Elena left her but in reality her subconscious never passed and now with humanity off she had the opportunity to take her out completely. I was never pleased that he said he loved her to the leaf for you can accept that she died and when in the 7x22 season he criticizes Damon who is afraid of losing Elena is this makes him horrible, but the fear of disappointing or losing love yours is so normal and legitimate it means that you really love that person if you are not afraid you do not really love.

I think now we have to claim Damon who has always been pointed out as the wrong one especially towards Elena, unlike Stefan who has always been the good and the right one. Stefan is the good vampire on the path to redemption who drinks human blood and denies all the vampire nature that it imposes. Damon instead loved after years as a vampire his being vampire had no problem killing ... but there is a giant but ... Stefan to love to behave well he needs not to drink human blood. Damon doesn't need to feel human, to have his emotions on, Damon is able to love even when he shouldn't and couldn't and I find it very powerful and romantic. There is nothing more romantic than one who is able to do horrible things and likewise love so deeply.

The writers were all over the place this season. In s4 they said Silas needed to fully drain Katherine to get the cure from her blood, then how is taking a little in a syringe is enough now? Does it mean if Stefan bleeds a little by some wound (it'll happen since he's human), he'd simply lose the cure & start rapidly aging? Now why couldn't they just make Stefan snap Enzo's neck like they normally do? Why did they had to kill Enzo off once he got a purpose on the show? They didn't do that before when he was just there without any purpose, why now? What was the need for creating a drama between Stefan & Bonnie out of nowhere for no reason in the last episodes? SPOILER! Why for Damon & Elena's blissful "future" all the other characters had to be screwed over? Why did Stefan's victims all broke his compulsion once he turned human? That didn't happen with Katherine in s5. Seriously this is the worst season for me. I hate it to the core.

God, Enzo’s death hurts so much! I know Stefan had his humanity off, but it was still so painful to watch. Bonnie’s scream at the end as she’s hunching over his body breaks my heart. They were so close to being happy. Enzo’s death is the only other death of this show besides Tyler that I see as kind of pointless. Like, now this is just something else for Stefan to have to feel guilty about. It does make me wonder if they really planned it ahead of time though. Cause in season 5 Stefan tells Enzo that what he would do to him would be final, and that really came full circle. Honestly is was super quick thinking on Bonnie’s part injecting Stefan with the cure. She could’ve killed him. As blinded by hatred as she was with him at that moment, part of her still knew that he had his humanity off, so she wanted to spare his life.

This was a cut and dry double middle fingers up at Kat/Bonnie/Bamon fans. Her last laugh getting back at us because we held her accountable for her behavior towards Kat, her character and poc. Unfortunately, Michael got done dirty too because of the behind the scenes drama. Them making Stefan the culprit was to ensure that everyone would get on board the "Make Stefan the patsy to make Damon look more lovable, while character assassinating Stefan." Best way to do that is to have him sabotage what was left of he and Bonnie's friendship by making him be the one to destroy her happiness. Two birds. One stone. Especially when they have an agenda to get everybody on board to swoon and get behind Damon as the deserving brother. Kat's performance was chilling and devastating. The raw pain in her screaming and crying. I was balling my eyes out. Then I was livid and cursing like I was ready to fight. This was payback to all her fans that put JP and CD in the hot seat for their mistreatment of both the actress and her character. Apparently the CW cosigned it because they've rewarded JP with more spin offs. She did the exact same thing to poc on those shows too. I never wanted to watch Legacies. I saw maybe one in order to see what direction it was going in. I saw maybe 2 or 2 1/2 seasons of TO because I started seeing the old pattern again with all the witches being poc and in servitude, and somehow not powerful enough to take the Originals out or cause them suffering. Elijah's first loves were woc and look what happened to them? Marcel seemed to get plot armor as long as he was chasing blondes. Mandingo fetish fantasies of those two writers. Imo.

I love my Bonnie and I love that she has become more "selfish" and thinks herself is right however I did not appreciate the freedom she has at taking Elena's blood for Enzo without saying anything to Damon. Damon was going to be the one to decide what to do with Elena's blood cure. Damon and Elena made their sacrifice for Bonnie anyway, Elena closed and asleep in a coffin and Damon waiting for her 60, 70 years is not easy so Damon beyond what he was wrong with Bonnie deserved at least to know and decide what to do with all I wanted a wonderful ending for Bonenzo and to see my Bonnie happy.

Um....Elena didn't sacrifice anything FOR Bonnie. She had no choice because Kai did that to them. I can't stand that the writers had the nerve to make that finale Elena episode sound like she was doing Bonnie a solid. "Let me do this for you. You have sacrificed for us again and again." Like Elena was making herself sound like she had a choice in the matter and chose to sacrifice herself for Bonnie's happiness. Damon was in love with Bonnie too, but was too coward to claim it so he left her for the coffin so he wouldn't be tempted. He would have never let Bonnie die on his watch because her influence is what changed him. Not Elena. No matter how much they kept forcefully trying to shove retcon romance between those two, instead of the over sexed attraction that they only were. It was an attempt to erase any natural connection between Bamon.

So first of all let's be clear Bonnie was a supernatural a witch, Elena was a human doppelganger no powers, no magic etc. so if Bonnie was able to do something more she did it because she was a witch but you forget when in season 2 Elena chose to sacrifice herself and offering to Klaus as a sacrifice that her loved ones and friends were safe, she made a pact with Eliah for her friends and loved ones by relying on a magical portion that she wasn't sure if it would bring her back to life, when Damon made believe that Bonnie was dead she was in a state of shock and went to wake Eliah precisely because Bonnie was not risking her life afterwards that Damon had told him that if he had to, he would always choose her. We must remember that Damon and Elena from season 5 to 6 have done everything to bring Bonnie to life in 5 and from the past in 6 fighting with everyone, at the end of the six Damon could have let Bonnie die and save Elena instead save her friend. and renounces his love for 60 years 70 years, Elena in his mind when he spoke to Bonnie said "you've done so much for me let me now I'm the one who sacrifices for you" it's a sacrifice to be left asleep for 60 70 years for her friend to live a normal and happy life. Elena had become a human by now, Damon wanted to take care and finally live the life they wanted with marriage and children and everything is stopped leaving room for her friend, so enough to say that Bonnie has done so much for Elena and that Elena has not done. nothing for her or for others, Elena did what she could with the means from a simple human and you can a neo vampire. You can also clarify about Delena and Damon and Bonnie, first of all Elena didn't change Damon like Bonnie didn't, Elena's role in Damon's life was to remind him how human he is, how much humanity there is. in him and a reason why life deserves to be lived, Bonnie instead of Elena through their splendid friendship remembered and tried to keep this humanity in him. So no Elena didn't change Damon but neither did Bonnie. Stop hating Elena without sense I also repeat that if Bonnie was able to do something more for her friends for Elena she did it because she was a witch and had more means than Elena. I don't love Bonnie because she sacrificed herself for everyone because I love her because she has a beautiful woman's character and she had a wonderful character development and I repeat her to death.

I'm not asking you to agree with me, but if you can't be civil without cursing at people, then maybe the comments section isn't for you. Nina is a great actress. I liked her hard work and dedication to playing so many parts, except Elena. And....Elena always "meant to do something " but never seemed to follow through. And again. She had no control over her going to sleep, so the writers having her character tell Bonnie, "Let me do this for you" made it sound like Elena was doing Bonnie a favor. She didn't have the option to do anything else. Damon grew from Bonnie's influence no matter how desperately they tried to retcon a real relationship between them instead of the reality that they were more about the physical attraction. And that's my opinion.

This isn't even about the actors I don't love Bonnie and Damon for Ian and Kat or I defend Elena because Nina tried to play her character Elena to the fullest. The actors are all fantastic Nina, Paul, Kat, Candice, Ian and so on all are good here it is a question that beyond the preferences of the characters that I understand you can be biased but this should not involve writing comments without objectivity and incoherent . I found your comment that you wanted to belittle Elena at all costs to make Bonnie stand out by saying that Elena never sacrificed herself and never did anything for Bonnie as well as Damon when all the sacrifices that Bonnie made for Damon and Elena or otherwise for the others gave him so much of that recognition and if necessary Don and Elena got a big ass helping her and saving her as they sacrificed their love for a long time. Just think of Damon as he sacrificed himself for her by leaving Elena asleep and living the tragic time again waiting for her love again as with katherina. If you like Damon and Bonnie better than Delena it doesn't mean that Elena didn't do anything for Damon and that Bonnie is the one who saved Damon and made her better. I repeat I love Bonnie and Damon they are my favorite characters and their friendship was something wonderful but I have not seen a better influence than Bonnie for Damon unlike Elena each gave Damon what was needed in their love relationships and friendship. I love that Damon and Bonnie are still friends and nothing else has developed but not because I wouldn't have liked it because together they are gorgeous but because it didn't start right away so after 6 seasons making them fall in love would have been ugly and not correct. @@andreearamona1 Again. You see it as your own bias of interpretation. I never said Damon wasn't there for Bonnie. In fact, he was the one thinking of every way to save her each time she got taken out. That was basically their thing. Saving one another. Elena was more of a "hey. When somebody has a plan, call me." Instead of, I can't sleep until I figure out a strategy plan." The writers intentionally made Bonnie less of an emergency of priority to her girlfriends. There was no urgency to be with her when she was going through traumas. That was an isolation tactic. That's facts. It's as if they wrote the girls to just feign interest in what she's going through. Caroline, they let be more actively involved with Bonnie than the one that was supposed to be the closer friend to her. You reiterated that Damon and Elena sacrificed their time together for Bonnie. My point is, that was not a sacrifice. The spell took care of that. As for Damon, he and Bonnie were closer than Elena and Bonnie by season 6, so him letting her die for Elena would have devastate him. By example of episode 1 of ssn 7. Even in the books he's drawn to her, or rather they are to each other, and he can't help but want to keep protecting her. In fairness, the most active I've seen Elena get with saving Bonnie was during the other world arc and she actually participated in being there to get her out. However, I was not on board with just Elena and Jeremy helping Damon. All hands should have been on deck to get her out with urgency. More specifically, Stefan and Caroline. If I have a grievance with a character, it shouldn't affect the way you feel about them. To tell me I am wrong when it's all a matter of point of view, seems to be like you are dictating people how they can and can't see the layers of the story arcs and their issues. But Imma leave that there and carry on.

The cure never made sense after season 5. Silas needed to drain katherine's entire body to get the cure out but now they only need a syringe, that makes no sense. If it only takes a syringe to loose the cure and start aging just a little bit of bleeding/blood loss will kill you if you were an old enough vampire. TVD is a bloody show yet Stefan or anyone else wouldn't start aging from losing blood from a bad beating but they will from a syringe as if that makes a difference 😂 Ughhh so illogical! But I love the show either way

I cried a lot for this series but never as I have seen and heard Bonnie's scream (the actress was terrific) next to Enzo, his death is so unfair, I don't understand the writers who didn't save this beautiful character, I am mortified.
