😊 Wow, I believe I was 10 years old, (60 years later the memory flooded in.) from my last visit there!! I could never remember the name but always remembered walking in and having a Coke, which was the thrill!! Didn't get too many soft drinks growing up but lots of Kool-Aid however!! The hot dogs look delicious!! Thanks for the walk down memory lane. Safe travels😊 Hope you both have a Merry Christmas!!

I get the same thing ever time number 1. 2 chili dogs, onion rings and a coke. Their cokes are the best. I love the chopped onions on the dogs. I also get a peach pie. My friends laugh and say when we go to the Varsity "we got an oil change"

Love the Varsity. Was watching your video and you said you had a couple hours more to drive. Where do y'all usually stay on your stops prior to your destination? I know you travel with pets and it is sometimes hard to find a place. My wife and I love your videos!

We don't usually have a set stopping point. It just depends on what time we leave home, and how far we get. This time, we stopped in Unadilla, GA, at Travelodge. We had never stopped there before. We appreciate you and your wife watching!

Georgia Tech is NOT a University. Its called "Georgia Institute of Technology". Thats it, nothing more. Ate at the Varsity every night while at GA Tech, right through Grad School. Great memories.

It is one of many schools that does not have "University" in their name, like Boston College. Boston University is an entirely different school. It is never referred to as Georgia Tech University.

Not that it matters, but one of the few Tim Hortons in the South is right across the street. We went there. Don't bother. I first went to that Varsity in 1972. I think Nipsey Russell was another famous Varsity carhop.
