The end is soon at hand. *Spoilers below!* Some notes/clarifications for reference: - Yes, I know Turkey and Armenia being at least semi-friendly is quite out of character for both of them, but I wanted to make Armenia independent without a filler war. Besides... as you may be able to tell, the central themes of episodes 8-11 are forgiveness and atonement. - Azerbaijan’s warning to Armenia not to cut off Nakhichevan does not refer to the actual border; they wanted a guarantee that Armenia would lease them certain roads and railways to access the territory, which they did. - 7:56 Polonia was obviously trying to convince France to let their guard down. He wanted Hungary to join in, however, because he thought Hungary would simply do so without complaining; Polonia wasn’t really seeing their internal doubts. Plus, Hungary was a truer friend than France, in Polonia’s eyes. - To clarify, France and NATO are not fighting each other (yet...?). The fact that France is yellow is symbolic of the lingering schism between them and the rest of NATO, even now. - If you’re thinking this is too “small-scale” to be called WW3, more nations will join in later. - In terms of the story, episode 11 *will* be the finale... though there will be an epilogue video afterwards. ;)

You can surprise us all, Protonic, whether we like it or not, we all have faith that you will try your absolute best at finishing up the finale. Don't become aggravated by how complex it may be. We're all counting on you, to the end of whatever series you're making, whether it be Fatherland, Throne of Blood, or the Vengeful Phoenix. After all, who would we be able to look up to in the mapping world without fantastical mappers like you, Korean, or Poisonous? Excellent work again, and we'll heavily be looking forward to the finale! Speaking of which (curiosity spark again).....how long should the finale be, as well as the epilogue, and how long should it take for each of those episodes to be released (you can refrain from answering if you want, some fans may want to simply let the surprise get to them)? The Vengeful Phoenix kinda reminds me of a Napoleon series, just in the reverse. France being used, while in the Napoleon era, France used Poland. When it still existed anyways...

Yep, the Polish leader was VERY disappointed that he was robbed of his chance to take revenge on Hitler (remember, he personally killed Stalin in Ep. 7).

How did the Polish communist party react to the polish leader rising up against the soviets?

The Polish leader spent most of the 1950-1962 period consolidating his power in the government (whenever he wasn't planning to destroy the Soviet Union), so by the time of the Polish Scourge, they were powerless to resist. By the formation of Nova Polonia, the PZPR was ousted entirely and replaced by a military regime.

Again, the leader continued to feign loyalty to the USSR. The KGB was a little suspicious, but Stalin, whose health was starting to deteriorate, remained foolishly ignorant (just like before Barbarossa).

Czechoslovakia was in the way (They refused Polonia military access, though there wasn’t time to show that), and when Polonia betrayed France, he also declared war on the Baltics.
