The VENTURES were my first guitar heroes and guitar teachers (better define that II learned off their records). I still have my original LPs from the early sixties. Thank you for posting this. Can’t get enough of them!

I was at that House of Blues show. Tiki-Tones and the Blue Hawaiians opened. It was a great night.

How odd that they don’t mention the fellow on the couch, other than the new drummer, and they don’t mention the old drummers name who was with him for decades, who just passed away recently. His name by the way, was Mel Taylor. I bought the first four ventures records when they came out and played them constantly. I was a long long time ago. Obviously. Anyway, thanks for the interview.
