Thanks to your videos, i bought the non impact version, the PBSPA 12v C3 (Grizzly). w 2x 2Ah batteries, 1 charger, 3 sets of bits, fabric case, for 54 eur, new w warranty. At this price, I took the chance. It has enough torque to grind my manual coffee grinder, and more importantly, i plan to use it for wood working. Thanks for your channel, it's super helpful! I have extensive experience w Makita combi drills, i'll see how this one compares. I like the 12V idea, the batteries can be had for very cheap around me, and it's lightweight.

got me with the stirring spoon bit for the drill LOL A question for the shears which I was impressed by - Have they held up that well without any sharpening yet and if not, what kind of sharpening tool is best used for such a complex/unusually placed edge? Shears like that simply can't be sharpened like a knife on a whetstone unless there's some way to take the blade out or so. Now I gotta check out the vacuum cleaner vid as well as the Parkside pliers because seeing that coin trick was surprising. I don't think I've ever seen such an aggressive grip and the company itself sending you plastic/soft covers so you don't destroy whatever you're working on is actually a massive plus for Parkside. Didn't know a company would actually think of their customers so much!
@BrokeLifeEU3 күн бұрын
😂 Thank you! Never had to sharpen them, although they are used for vine and grape branches that are around the 10-12mm in diameter mark so they are not too outside their comfort zone. Also the battery life on them is fantastic. I hope I have not ruined your night with so many videos to watch 😂

@@BrokeLifeEU Ahaha, I've been binging MegaLag as of late with all of his investigations and it's really good content to watch alongside my usual "survival gadgets/mystery gear boxes/Project Farm/BrokeLife & How It's Made" binges :P Happy to hear that the tool's doing well! I could easily keep it in mind for a gift idea or maybe get one for myself if I ever spot it in my local Lidls. I'm impressed with the steel and how it's held up the sharpness in this case and as Todd from Project Farm would put it: "Very impressive!"

Been binging on MegaLag myself with that Honey scam. Can't wait for the new parts to come out! Would be interesting to send some of the Parkside stuff over to TTC and Project Farm. I would love for TTC to test a 1/2" converted Parkside Performance PDSSAP B3 on their torque rig.
@Tulip232323 күн бұрын
@@BrokeLifeEU Oh yeah! TTC have tested so many different tools and brands that I really won't mind seeing them compare some of the Parkside Performance tools to other TEMU/name-brand tools they've tested before! And for Project Farm I think he would rather buy the tools himself because of his strict "I buy the tools with my own money without sponsorships" except if it's a really old tool and it's worth comparing old against new. If I were you I'd definitely send him a message/email with the idea though!

You forgot the best and (at least for me) most used Parkside tool ever. The angle grinder/circular saw pizza cutters. They are by far the best ones I've ever used. Even compared to brands like WMF. My second favorite Parkside tool is the rapid fire screwdriver. Makes even the most annoying part of screwing stuff in (finding the right bit) fun.
@BrokeLifeEU3 күн бұрын
I never bought them I was considering that purchase 3 times but I always though I had better stuff to spend my money on. @@BrokeLifeEU The Pizza cutters sadly seem to be sold out. They are only a couple of €. So if you see them, buy them. At least if you eat Pizza like any Person with even the slightest bit of good taste. 😁 As for the Rapidfire, I have the 2.2 version which still seems to be the newest one. @BrokeLifeEU start by dragging the nozzle use guides when you can and change nozzles when they look damaged . Always wear darkened safety glasses. One of the reasons we love it is 50 replacement tips are about £20 whereas our thermal arc is that much for 5 !

I really like how you approached the criterias. I thought it would be "what are the strongest machines in comparison to brands like Milwaukee and so many more." I guessed: 5. 12v performance sanders 4. 12v performance impact drill (your no. 1) 3. 12v performance Multitool 2. 12v performance grinder 1. 12v performance impact driver
@hotwheels19972 күн бұрын
@@AlistairBremen The 12V impact driver personally doesn’t do it for me. It’s not that much smaller or lighter than the 20V (1.6kg vs 1.3kg) and it is quite a bit less powerful, especially on longer screws, as seen in the comparison videos by Broke Life EU. Yes, you can use it with the 2.5Ah, but it benefits greatly from the 5Ah. For smaller fasteners you can just use a drill driver for precision, where as you use the impact for big ones, where realistically power is needed. I own the 12V hammer drill for anything small (drilling, screwing, furniture) and the 20V impact and 20V SDS for bigger tasks. The 20V hammer drill is just too heavy for small tasks and at the same time weak compared to SDS for example, while the 12V hammer drill is pretty balanced.
