It's so refreshing to hear these original advertisements after all these years untainted by the inanity of the internet. The memories are rushing in at a tremendous rapidity. I'm holding back tears. I remember where I was when this man passed: having supper at my grandmother's house. I had no concept of death at the time, and wrote it off as a fluke. How ignorant was I back then. I was an avid fan of his commercials, and even caught the stray episode of Pitch Men back in the day. To see his legacy perverted and vulgarised here on KZbin sickens me.
