I would have probably agreed with this as Im not a fan. His first album was hot but the rest is a bit gimmicky for my taste. That said i saw a video where he surprised a special needs superfan by showing up to his birthday and he sat and talked to the kid and appeared genuine. It gave me a different look at him and gained some respect. Not saying that he does this all the time or even that could have been a PR stunt, but it looked genuine and stunt or not... it didnt matter to that kid. Also i think it's pretty ignorant to bash a person because their parents were able to give them a good upbringing. You say the same about Drake? Migos? Just because his parents were successful he can't enjoy or perform certain music? GTFOutta here. Personally, I don't care what any performers political views are. Also don't care about persona. Either the music sounds good or it doesn't. I've evolved into a more conservative outlook as I've aged. Got nothing against those with different opinions who have talent. It's not as though you need a high IQ to be artistic and have good taste. If Kid rock makes a lousy song I won't listen to it, if He puts out a good one I'll groove to it. Then again I tought MTV was a bad idea too. Turned music into a vaudville act. As far as the style of his music changing, check out the Beatles music and how much it changed. Car factories in Michigan (as mentioned at 7:32) are part of UAW, United Auto Workers, the union that gets great wages and benefits for the workers, which is part of the reason why American cars cost so much. How do I know? I grew up in the area and some of my family were UAW members. You need better research. If part of your story is inaccurate, your whole story is dubious - why should the audience believe your other points are trustworthy?

That waffle House story is bullshit he offered to buy the entire restaurant there breakfast, and there was one mouthy asshole that wouldn't stop heckling him tried and succeeded to start a fight to do exactly what he did he got paid. When your entire life is public knowledge nobody knows the real stories someone els can take all this and make a video to make anyone look completely different by taking sound bites, and things that have happened out of context before you judge him based on this video at least take the time to listen to him on the 3 podcast i suggested some ppl take shit way to serious, and when you make a video like this with every single negative thing, and not even mention one or two good things they sure didn't talk about how he dropped his ticket prices down to $20 a show hoping that other entertainers would jump on the bad wagon he had mentioned how theres plenty of money to be made without charging such outrageous prices or how he i can't remember what store it was but paid off everyones lay away charges for Christmas he was once a liberal but fuck hes a business man they guy gets along with literally everyone Pam Anderson mentioned several really good things on her bio that hulu put out on her all i know is ive worked a few shows, and i witnessed how down to earth, and how good he treated everyone around him anyone whos entire career is in the spot light you can twist every little thing around and literally get ppl who know absolutely nothing about a person believe every single thing in this video its absolutely ridiculous go look at him, and Sean Penn's public service announcement video that was great point is hes s human being we all make mistakes So hate Bob Ritchie because he figured out a way to become extremely successful you don't become successful with out having one hell of a work ethic, and treating ppl like shit theres kid rock and theres Bob Ritchie Bob Ritchie is one hell of a great guy who wears his heart on his sleaze this video is absolutely Ridiculous and whoever made this is not being just a little bit honest absolute BS video

I knew him when he was a sincere and sweet guy. He's unrecognizable now. I am embarrassed to say I know him. His dis against Jonathan Davis and KoRn were the final straws for me, considering that they had both attended the show for which I was the production manager. I spent an entire weekend with both of them. Robby will never be 1/10th of the "MAN" that Davis was and is.
