If you are a baby Christian for fasting, I encourage you if you think you can’t make it and you’re going to quit just take a little pinch of Celtic sea salt or any healthy salt like Himalayan salt and see if that strengthens you maybe you would’ve been dehydrated and that will help for you to go on a little longer and make it to your goal
