This is interesting, I never knew that fasting could be considered not eating anything you enjoy. I always wondered what goes into a fast like are you able to have water? Medication?, Coffee?, etc.. What’s an example of your fast?

1 . Plain bread and water only. 2. Nothing but water 3. Plain fruits and vegetables and water only. 4. No sugar in any food or drink. These are only a few examples that can be done for any amount of days that you decide.

Have never faster before. What is the best way to do it. Example. No brkfst, or lunch and then eat a meal for dinner or just specifically leave out a certain food or both. Any guidance would be great. Online there is alot of different ways. Whats been most effective for you?

I’ve done 3 days fast in the past, no solid food just water because I confess it’s easier for me believe it or not, this way I don’t think about food at all. I also confess that I’ve not been successful doing the 21 day fast. That’s why I’m doing the 21 day fast this time because it’s going to keep me to greater consistency in prayer and consuming the right foods. But ultimately let the spirit of God guide you to what is right for you at this time. Rest assured though. Whichever fast you take up, you will be greatly blessed!!!
