Chin up! Everything’s going to be ok. I subscribed because of you, Tanner. The other ladies were good, but they didn’t have your spunk and way of conveying easy-step-by-step instructions. I will continue to watch your tutorials as I’m sure most will too. Who knows, theses changes may be just what God had in his plans for you all. ❤️

So...I subscribed to this channel a while ago because I have deeply desired to learn and create. I have not watched many videos because life got in the way. Not sure why I was lead to watch tonight but.. my heart is with you all. I hear and feel your heart. Please, don't ever change or let life harden your sweet, sweet soul. Sending so much love, comfort, and peace to you, the current Maker's family, and those who have started a new journey! Thank you for reminding me that there are truly good people in this world! I needed this tonight!

I am so incredibly sad about this news. I am not sure what happened that Rachel was let go and then have Becca hand in her resignation. I wish to still see them in the crafting community in some capacity. I will be upset if they just fade away. Not to say goodbye is difficult as they brought so much to this group especially as of late. I wish you well, Tanner. I wish them well. I do hope the changes are good ones. To be honest, even though it doesn't appear this way, I am a loss for words.

Tanner, first off, thank you for your complete transparency in this video. I truly appreciate your servant’s heart. You are a pastor in the community that you have created, and the people here love you for YOU, not for what you can superficially give, but your joyful spirit and service. I became a member of this community in November 2022, when I was searching for help with the new Cricut that my wife had purchased for me. I found several tutorial videos on KZbin, but yours were the best and most informative ones. I bought a monthly membership and then turned around to get the yearly membership when I could afford it. You have given so much to the world, not just for the cutting community, but the world in general…by showing up and offering your joyous energy. I speak only for myself here, but know others will agree, that I am truly thankful and blessed to have you and your team in my life, which is forever changed in the best way possible! Keep doing you, and God will show up and shower you with His blessings!

I’m glad someone said it. I love the content here but the first ten minutes of any video pushing the membership just started getting to me. Tanner, hang in there. God has you and He won’t let you fall.
@barbaraparker82253 жыл бұрын
@@abigailchipman8732 Down south, we have a saying: "Pigs get fed. Hogs get slaughtered." The incessant selling seems greedy and it was starting to make viewers want to slaughter the hog. It okay to "casually" mention membership at the end of every video. But to start a video with selling, or stop a teaching video in the middle to sell membership doesn't work for the viewers, particularly for those of us who are already members. We are tuning in to see a technique, a tip, a trend, etc. We don't like being aggressively sold to incessantly. Just put the membership infomation in the video's SHOW MORE section and casually remind non-members of the opportunity at the very end of the video. Most people will watch until the end if the video is interesting.

The only reason I am commenting here is because you said you wanted to hear the response. I rarely watched videos here, and if I did I would fast forward through the "selling" part of it because #1 it got to the point where I could repeat it verbatim, because the script never changed; #2 I couldn't stand the greed...so, as a newbie (my cricut is still in the box) I'm hoping this channel WILL inspire me, because honestly it didn't before. I change the channel on my tv if an infomercial comes on and I did the same thing here. I found this channel only a short while ago, and I look forward to seeing where it will go because I am hoping it will become more of what I'm looking for: An educational and inspirational and motivational channel.

He’s who I need to follow to learn the ends and outs of my Maker. I was also just thinking about you a few days ago. I’m very spiritual and believe you having to make this video was the reason why I had to say a prayer of strength for you. As you said it’s a new season and with each season we change clothing to accommodate for the weather. That’s all you and the team are doing is changing for the season. Rachel and Becca’s season with you helped them and you to grow and accomplish what needed to be done during that season. I know they will do well because you all embraced each other and that showed through the videos. It’s always hard to say goodbye but without goodbyes there would never be hellos or it’s good to see you again. You are amazing and the talent God instilled in you was for a greater purpose. Never stop. God’s got you even when you feel like falling apart. Fall into His arms and let Him renew your strength. Thanks for being you. 💖

I was so busy with life last year that I put my hobbies on hold and never even knew this was going on! I bought my DIL a Cricut for Christmas and told her “I have the best teacher for you to follow”. When I logged in to forward your channel, that’s when I discovered this video. I feel terrible that I didn’t see this the day you posted it. 😢 I discovered you when you unboxed the Cricut Maker and I just fell in love with your enthusiasm. I didn’t even know what a Cricut was prior to your unboxing You were so inspirational and taught me so much. For years I followed you religiously and then got so busy. As far as what you went through, we can only ever be truly happy and truly excel if we are true to ourselves and the passion is there. At some point it catches up to you no matter how hard we try to convince ourselves that we are doing the right thing. Sometimes what we want to believe is the right thing simply isn’t. Sounds like the case with MGM last year. I’m proud of you for figuring this out about your business, I know it wasn’t easy. You’re young and still have a lot of growing to do but sounds like you’re doing a great job figuring things out and you’ll always have support from me and thousands of others! ❤

The only thing that remains constant is change itself. Everything changes. Employee's expectations and demands change as they see you prosper. MGL is your vision, your company and your blessing. You will be fine. And they have learned enough in your shop to create their own successful businesses. There is enough room in the crafty world for all of the good players. I am certain we will see them on their own KZbin channels soon. And I am certain many will follow them as well. That does not mean that you will lose followers. Scripture tells us to be anxious for NOTHING. Fear not. Have faith. Keep creating. Keep loving. Keep being kind. Keep taking the high road. Blessings sent from Dallas, Texas.

I love how real and honest this was. I’m a new member, but I know all of the videos I’ve seen are great and you seem to be such a helpful kind person. I also need to say the energy and happiness you have in your videos is amazing. ❤

I had caught a couple of your videos, then subscribed, not so much for the content (of course, that's what kept me), but because of your personality. I look forward to seeing your smile more often. Thank you for being you.

I truly embrace your courage, humility and grace. I am only a couple months new to this channel and Cricut. Thank you for sharing your truth. I myself have been evolving and need to stay focused on who I am. I think it’s time for me to make MY video to share with my gym members. Thank you so much for inspiring me to do so. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you can do the same for me. I’m ready to crush the next adventure!💪🏼

Thank you all for teaching this lady that at any age you can learn. Because of growth things will always change, all things happen for a reason it’s up to us to accept it gracefully or not but it’s going to happen. Thank you sweetie for you and your team. Much love ❤️

Tanner, I cried ! I think You stepping up and were honest about everything speaks volumes about you as a person. I’m a firm believer that people come and go when their purpose (maybe a lesson we needed to learn from them, or them from us) is done. I hope you weee all able to part as friends. I think you are strong In your faith and that will carry you a long way.

Tanner our life changes just like the changing seasons every year. God allows us to go through changes to show us what He can do in and through us if we allow Him to. Best wishes of great success to the ladies that worked with you for so many years. I can't wait to see what new things in regards to your business as well as you and your wife God will bring.

Hey Tanner, you are where you are supposed to be doing what you are supposed to be doing. The Universe has this all planned out so trust it, follow it, and allow destiny to lead you to where you need to be. I have undergone a similar situation of re-structuring in the last 3 months and yes, it's hard going against what you personally believe is the "grain" but a higher power has my back and I put trust in that and now I'm slowly getting back on my feet. Keep the faith and keep moving forward, even if it very slowly. Just don't stop.

Glad you came forward with what you sincerely needed to share in this video. I have been watching for quite a long time now, back when you and Rachel started, and happy to watch your channel grow . I have missed seeing you in videos, however understood you had your reasons. As difficult as it is to realize, the connection we all make via internet is not a truly personal “friendship”. It is great to feel invited into your home, to share in fun, the ups and downs of your daily lives , but it is not anyone’s right as a viewer to demand to know “ALL” or make threats to leave based on facts they simply don’t know. I think Tanner , Rachel and Becca did such a great job at making us all feel like we were welcome group of “friends” , that some people lost perspective on reality somewhere along the way. Change is simply part of life, I feel for you Tanner losing friendship I know you have had for a very long time. I wish both of these young talented women all the best and look forward to more of Tanner’s genuine brand of crafting inspiration and sincere passion in the days ahead.

My heart Literally fell to my stomach and the pang is still there. My heart goes out to the MGL team, past and present. But God has a plan in store for all of us. I believe God has a change in store for all of us through out our lives and with this our destiny is ever evolving for the good he has planned for us. Tanner the Lord made you a strong man with grace and humility. God blessed you!

I am very new to the MGL community and to Cricut as well. In fact, I've been scared to open the boxes and use anything I bought this past summer. (I used a small biz grant to buy ALL THE THINGS. Mug Press, sml and med Heat Press, newest Maker, the Cricut Joy plus tons of bundles and accessories.) I have watched a couple of the videos and enjoyed them, but having just gotten started with the channel, I didn't really get a chance to know the ladies well. This video is the first time that I've seen you! Despite all that, I really felt your heart in this video. I'm so happy you got the much needed break and recharge you needed and that you found some clarity. I so look forward to seeing your lovely face and feeling your energy coming through the screen. You have a genuinely beautiful spirit. ❤ (I also look forward to getting the guts to learn how to use my million dollars of new cricket products!)
