Thank you so much for these analysis videos. I've been bowling one handed my whole life and switching over to two handed after wrist/thumb injury from outside of bowling. I feel like Troup and Via's approaches are most similar to the one handed style, albeit different timing on the push away and quicker footwork. This really helps grasp the difference between the two and body mechanics involved as well as the wrist positioning through the release. Troup is probably my favorite overall style and I've been really trying to emulate it.
