@MNZGA572 ай бұрын
Youre either Sovereign or your a citizen - you cant be both. However police are both - in their physical theyre Sovereign (outside of the matrix) and in their uniform theyre Citizen (inside the matrix). Citizen = your govt registered name that govt have title over every time you Register your name with the foreign corporation govt eg car rego, marriage, school enrolment etc etc obeying Acts and Legislations that 'only bind the crown' - thats not you. Citizens are known as 'persons' thats the written on paper name that govt controls. The Legal system deals with Civil matters (Administration) and Halsburys Law makes "ALL CIVIL MATTERS UNLAWFUL". Sovereign = natural born man on the land. Free to move about anywhere and everywhere without restriction while doing no harm to another while in the persuit of happiness under Law. Man can only be arrested if theyve committed a crime. No crime, no lawful arrest. Sovereigns are people not citizens. Living Man are people. Charge police with kidnapping coz thats what happened. Police acted outside their jurisdiction - ultra vires - and that automatically makes everything they did INVALID. Charge police with kidnapping.

I called the Cops years ago to remove a druggie from my place that wasnt paying rent and was drugged up on something. They came, they took him away, and returned him perhaps 15 minutes later. They gave this bogan back his knife that i had removed from him and had given to the cops earlier. They let him have my house keys, so if he wanted to access to me while asleep, he had everything he needed to finish the job. The cops asked ME if i had somewhere to go for the time!! They left him on a seat outside my front door, and told me not to come outside. They drove off. He then tried smashing the front door glass to gain entry. A minor tussle took place on my front yard to get my chair away from him as i didnt want him sitting there in comfort. i simply wanted him to leave. The cops came back and you get one guess who they took away. Obviously, the Cops dont want me on their side, and so thats what they have now. I have stopped assisting them, or reporting anything to them about anything!

Let me tell you this Cobber, this problem with police behaviour is global, it has nothing to do with any particular state or country, we are living under a Gestapo type rule, with the cops acting like Nazi's.

Victorian Police? That explains it... just like that tiny little copper that pushed over and emptied a can of mace into an old ladies face. The Victorian Police Commissioner must be so proud of the force there [sarcasm]... that female officer needs therapy and out of the force

Our justice system is discracefull. Our Cops can do anything for no reason at all. We need civil rights like the USA

I’m in the US. It’s so bad here even us having rights. Worst mistake ever was giving up firearms as aussies. Only thing we have holding our country together and know they cannot take absolute control, but it’s very bad here.

I got arrested in front of governors house Perth for refusing to show ID and using harsh language in public because I was being arrested. 6 hours in a holding cell, strip searched, DNA taken , fingerprinted, went to court 3 times, went to trial , now I have a criminal record. All because I stood in front of governors house holding an umbrella.
