Not excusing it, but there are far worse things a surgeon can do, and he's not running for office. A class action law suit suing hundreds of doctors at once suggests that some of this crime may have been unknowingly committed. Again, I'm not excusing it. I've got plenty of my own grievances about our modern healthcare system, but *Sonny's husband doesn't make it automatically okay for Trump to be a felon.*

dont fall for the headline... insurance companies will file a RICO case against those who they owe significant claims so they can negociate them down. Once a RICO case is filed, banks wont do business with those companies and that gives the insurance companies considerable leverage. At that point, the insurance companies will ask for 10-25% discount on all the claims which could be in the millions and also a 10-15% discount on future claims. The insurance companies will always end up paying!!!
