You are 100% right. The new development area is massive. Even though your drone videos are excellent, one can't appreciate how large the areas are until you actually drive it. And of course it's easy to get lost.

Thanks for the update. Most of the homes at our loop in Moultrie Creek have driveways now. Wonder how much progress they’re making indoors now… but inside work does take longer..

That’s about right. We’re closing between last week of March and 2nd week of April. From start to finish, it takes them approximately 3 months . We won’t know our way there when we get back, lol.

Eden Crossing apartments looks aweful. Looks like you can reach out a window and touch a neighbors unit. Too close to each other. They jammed as many units as possible on those acres.

Those blocks of 4 garages sitting in the middle of the streets are really unattractive.

Those are apartment complexes. Have nothing to do with The Villages.

The population of people ages 40 to 55 is smaller the population of people 56-63. There will be a surplus of senior housing in a few years. Also with the current economy fewer of these people will be able to afford these high dollar places.
