The size is adequate for a single person. Roomy enough to have guests, too. The primary closet is open to all the moisture from the shower and to everyday dust. I want better for my clothes. The laundry room looks big enough to put a freezer in there and maybe a storage shelf. Because of it's location, I'd like a door on it so it's not readily visible to company.

Overall I thought this was a very nice house. The living and dining areas were spacious and the bedrooms were a good size too. I would have preferred an overhang on the kitchen peninsula to make a breakfast bar and a dishwasher. I did think the house lacked storage with no cabinets in the bath and very little in the kitchen.

There isn't enough cabinet space in the kitchen. I'd want a pantry cabinet on the wall separating the utility room and hallway to the primary bedroom. I'm never happy with the closet being in the bathroom. This home is pretty, though.

I really like this home, the colors, floorplan and size are perfect. Love to see all the CARPET, I'm tiring of LVP! Only things I would add, if available, is all white trim ILO brown, baseboards and a window in the hallway to the guest bedrooms. Beautifully finished home, thanks for another great tour! Spoke to Leon at Wayne Frier last week about delivery to Vadalia...they can do it! I'm starting to smell those sweet onions!❤❤❤
