The Visitation - Luke

What do you suppose the odds would be of someone showing up exactly 483 years after it was predicted he would come? Then add to that the prediction that he would come riding a donkey. Then add to that the prediction that he would not be accepted but rather rejected and subsequently killed. Sound far-fetched? It isn’t. It happened and it’s astounding. Today we continue our series Against All Odds as we consider the stand-alone event Jesus referred to as "the visitation."

Donkeys don't mind how other creatures are proud of themselves, they always remain humble and loyal to their owners. God help me be like donkey in your vineyard. God bless Pastor.

I want to be the Donkey! I always say I don't like "wishy washy" people. They're whack. I will be the Donkey; the acceptable "Donkey." Great teaching always Pastor Skip. 😊

But people, after becoming Christians, still can sin. And many dropped the faith. Jesus talked about the cost of being disciple in Luke 14, it is to love God above everything, to let go of your old self, and to not give up. If we do not do these three, do we really belong to disciples whose sin has been repaid by Jesus? Or do we only need a title to get the ticket to heaven?
