Amy 's voice was one of a kind; I haven't heard anyone who sounds like her. Some voices cannot be copied. Karise is an excellent singer and did a great job covering Back to Black. She sounds like Janis Joplin with a much better voice. I know that this is simply my opinion and that others may differ.

This pairing just shows how incredible Karise's voice is. Paula has a wonderful and strong voice and you appreciate it as she's singing...But, at least for me, every time Karise comes in it's like getting hit with soul pounding, goosebumps inducing shivers. She's had to deal with pretty strong demons before being discovered on The Voice, and her instant rise to fame didn't help her. I hope she can make her way through that because that voice came from a higher power and she can do a whole lot of good with it.

It was almost like watching Amy singing. I wanted her to do this song by herself. I saw a Amy once and I couldn't stop cryin at her show. I wasn't ballin like a manaic it was just tears falling without any facial expression because it was just that powerful. It's hard to describe especially not even knowing why you're crying. It was a gift to see her perform.
