This is league classic as toplaner i can relate. You want to push lane cause then you can roam and have controll over top and farm. But in game like this when enemy jungler bbysit top and even midlane comming top cause he has prio on mid because your mid is ass you have only two options as top. Either you will keep pushing so you will give enemy top struggle and try to get farm and kills so you can carry but at a same time become easy gank target or you will stay under turret and stop dying but this way you wont be able to win the game because you wont have enough resources.

I usually don't like baus, mostly off sion clips where he takes fights that are objectively bad, but in this game he is 1/2 his teams kills, had a lot of pressure and prio, and focused not only on split pushing but also some of the side objectives even if he couldn't contest well. This ban is a bad call outright. He did nothing wrong in this game while nearly carrying.

Not gonna lie Riot should just immune him from bans unless they're for him being toxic or going AFK. The bannable offence is not trying to win the game, which he clearly always is. He only intentionally feeds in the sense that he thinks it's the best way to win (and given the high rankings he's had, is he entirely wrong?). Like the difference between the games with very high deaths and high deaths isn't even that meaningful? As once you get to high deaths, the enemy barely gets any gold & has to invest time/resources into killing him still. The obvious fix to stop this happening is to make turret dmg more important. If someone is just straight running it they aren't going to be doing dmg to structures but people using this playstyle almost always do loads

On top of that, remove the plates and move some stats to the turret similar to pre-plate stages of the league. This would also hard nerf turret diving without a careful planning/advantage (like Voli/Shen ult ready).

Thats why when u reach 14 deaths you just need to soft int and make sure the game ends fast. No reason to keep trying even if you're getting 5 man spam ganked every game. I had my account since season 1, i got banned Season 7 perma. My bans were just but not permaban worthy. I've emailed riot 5 years later to explain why that was the case (i'd gone through some serious shit in my life and league flaming was a way to cope). My bans happened so close together, literally within weeks of each other.. since then i've not been banned but they refuse to look into unbanning the other account that i'd spend thousands of £ on, + got challenger S3 badge etc... Baus has really good cs like really fucking good cs. and his ability to pressure the enemy team so they have to focus him is solid. the problem is while hes fighting 4 people in one lane and doing good split pushing his team is not taking advantage of that by pushing lanes or rushing objectives. People keep fucking forgetting that its not a game of team death match and there are many ways to accumulate gold and get a lead also because he keeps dying the enemy gets significantly less gold for his death while he catches like 300 gold before taking and maybe a turret or turret plates.

Alternatively you can look at it from the proper point of view being unbiased. Baus has no wards, making him easy to gank. But he also always pushes, making him easy to gank. But he also doesn't pay attention to his team, making him easy to gank. Anytime multiple people gank him it's because he's pushing on team's back or death timers. It's not like he's coordinating with anyone, he's just running full sprint down the lane, making him easy to gank. None of what you said is his team's fault unfortunately. Even if he tries to spin it that way. This meta is not top lane focused, so if he needs all this setup specifically for him to have good games, it's a him problem.

His team also have to deal with a 10/0 top lane and 5/0 jungle. Everytime he's dead the other team also profit from it.

Nemesis you're right but it's not just a him problem, the original person is right in saying that the team isn't taking advantage of having little pressure on other focal points of the game. The fact that he gets consistent cs also makes him dangerous late game regardless of how many kills the enemy team has, because high Elo games more often than not end in a massive teamfight where previous deaths don't matter. It's true that his style is not the best because of the flaws you pointed out, which is why he'll never be a rank one or even general in the top 100, but the good parts of hid playstyle still put him far above most people.

Comments on this video are weird. You can kind of see the divide from people that view the game on a strategic level, and the gamers that just approach league as Team Death Match (tm). Baus made mistakes and had some dumb deaths this game, but a lot of them were just fine. He kept pressure. He drew multiple opponents. He continued to secure objectives. And most of the time, his death didn't even matter. He died on his turn while he was worth nothing at all. His team was super behind from the start. He will never win without taking risks. So he took them, time and time again, and accomplished more than the rest of his team combined. I'm not suggesting his gameplay was perfect. He did fall for a couple stupid baits, and honestly, he was probably taking more risks than he should have due to the state of the map. But this game was definitely not on him. He had more impact than any of his team by a lot. His K/D/A is not reflective of his overall performance at all.

I thought the Baus was smart but he kept getting hit by the the twin shiv poison from behind. "Passive. Backstab. Shaco's basic attacks and Two-Shiv Poison deal additional damage when striking from behind" All you have to do is turn around when he throws it at you to reduce the damage. Keep running away. That is very Baus like.

Think feeding should be the term used, as he shows he's got gold lead even in games like this, so not really a bad INTentional. Definitely not fun to play with for most people who don't understand intricacies of spawn timer, bounty system, and cs/exp advantages

Looking at this game, the baus shouldn't be given any privilege, beyond the automated system flagging him, maybe suspending him for 24 hours, and then requiring a Rioter to review the account of anyone in Dia+ ahead of pulling the switch to perma ban. If human revision shows he's inting, then perma ban. But not only are Riot showing the ineffectuality of their system. They're also proving that no perma ban is truly perma. PERMA ban should be something followed through on for the worst examples of human behaviour in the game. This isn't that. The baus's strategy is high risk, high reward, paired with an egomaniacal brain that thinks he can win every trade with every champion, and is permanently limit testing. When he falls behind, he always sacrifices deaths for map advantages/key carries. And it makes his stacks look even worse. The real suss plays actually come when he's typically 0/2, 0/3, with a lack of vision control and more ego deaths than troll. Beyond that, he ends up playing from behind and still doing pretty good. All the plays he makes as a 3/10 Volibear win the game if he's actually 10/3 or even 10/10. And they still net a profit for the team in the isolation of Baus's plays. It's just in a team game, when you're playing the rest of the map 4v4, or even 4v5, against a fed toplaner, it becomes unfun for the rest of the team, and you're kind of relying on your team, to be smart enough to recognize the plays now available to you, and to pivot in real time to match that. Made only more difficult when your team goes even or goes behind themseles. Which no one on baus's team here is going to recognize that the Baus had nothing to do with Lee Sin getting 16 kills as a support. Nor are they going to see that every major objective take was tied entirely to baus on a sidelane. Or that despite going 3/14 he still outdamaged/outpushed almost the entire enemy team. They're just going to see his scoreline and all his deaths, and rather than be like, oh, baus got a side turret, oh baus got another side turret, oh baus got anotherrrr side turret. Okay, he's dying every time, but he's also getting Flashes and trading kills, and maybe if we just farm up, clear waves while he does, we'll slowly accrue more map state/gold than if we try to teamfight 5v5. Instead they're just going to be "ffs this volibear never groups, fed the shaco, fed the hecarim, and just keeps dying in sidelane, and every time he ints for a tower, their team is steam rolling us mid". It's a weird clash, and I'm starting to underestand every side of it. And I think it entirely comes down to Riot's lack of commitment to human moderation of their games. I don't think any bot should be responsible for moderating permanent account suspensions. And I think it's honestly laughable that Riot has a ban first, appeal later system, considering how many times it's been out right wrong, and they've then had to have a human go back, review, and unban an account. At least in higher MMR.

he got 4 towers on his own, he took the enemy jungler's attention to reduce pressure on other lanes, he dealth the most damage in his team... he could have died 5-6 times less bc he was risking a lot without vision, going very deep but this is probably bc usually he wins those 1v1s when he's not THAT behind. i dont see a reason to ban this. riot should take a part of the money they're making and hire professionals to make ban decisions. fk automated systems judging over humans.
