my theory is that the trailers that we seen before the game came out is actually the next season after new frontier because I think a new frontier was just to give Javier a story on how him and Clem met and how Javier became leader of Richmond and that's why it's called a new frontier instead of season 3 also telltale already had all the episodes ready to go from the day new frontier came out so maybe the next season is when they'll have to deal with the slaughter house because at the end of new frontier Clem says I will find you AJ so what if the McCarrol ranch has a slaughter house and Clem needs Javier's help to get through it and save AJ since he is now leader of Richmond at this point so he can just ask for AJ back when they get to the McCarrol ranch and that's what I think season 4 will be based on

+RealEvanArehart I doubt AJ is located at the slaughter house. Here is my theory. I think that the junkyard scene at the end of ep 1 just replaced the slaughterhouse scene. The New Frontier probably took Javier's family captive and javi and clem had to save them. This part was in the teaser trailer where javi says "we must be getting close, just hold on" this tells us he is looking for someone important to him. Mariana would be shot through the neck at the slaughter house and Clem would kill Max. Then when they are at Prescott Badger demands that they have clemintine. The truck was most likely carrying walkers from the slaughterhouse aswell. Also notice at the end of episode 1 that Max is not present at the junkyard because he was supposed to be killed off at that point.

Fun Fact : Javi was ment to be part of the Frounter early in development but was cut in favor of David. It was ment to follow where Javi was kicked out and must go back to save his family while stuck in Wellington, running into Clem along the way.

I've actually come to learn that it wasn't related to the slaughterhouse at all, it's a texture that gets applied when a person gets cut/shot and it's in all TWD games so it's not that bad when you think of it that way.

The slaughterhouse screens were probably gonna be another main scene (like Richmond, fights, etc.) So instead of getting a slaughter house thingy we got a Prescott scenes.

It's not really a scene but an unused texture. She has no brand on her arm so it must be from a flashback where she gets a lot of blood on her clothes but there isn't anything in the game that happens like that.

This is found in episode 1's files but isn't in episode 2 which leads me to believe it was cut. I mean, they might use it in episode 3 though, you could be right but I guess we won't know until then.

What a complete waste off a epic idea just why they always give us the same old. Alot more would have replayed the first episode alone just for Slaughterhouse escape made New Frontier a real force. Concept art off the building alone is chilling enough trying to escape from this horrifying place. You can still see this building in the Junkyard area but why the tease!? This would have lasted on many memorys for very along time. Not going to be to excited for season 4 trailer next week we know won't happen in the final release.
