​@VicariousNickk I feel the game this is most like is vigilante 8 then the tm games. Also I feel it's better in bursts then trying to grind it out that last cup has 60 events in it and that's a tad to much if you ask me

I want to see a game that takes the vehicle combat from Mad Max (2015) and scale it up to arena based stuff with multiple characters. Would need to add more weapons than the harpoon launcher but still. The skeleton is there to build on and the combat on that game was really satisfying.

I think this game is just a carmageddon clone more than a twisted metal clone cuz it's a vehicular manslaughter type of game

Another game you should try that is somewhat similar to twisted metal but still totally different is the mad max game on ps4.

I loved that game. Only problem is my ps4 started ejecting discs (design flaw with the touch screen buttons). I got the new motor unlock and never finished the game :(

If they just stuck with the demolition derby mode aspect with the zombies more integral to the story, consequences for dying, more arcade-like physics, and disregard the other modes, I think the game could've done better to stand out and be a solid game. I like the game and I'll probably buy it regardless.

ooo roadkill is a deep cut! i was mostly a vigilante 8 kid but i had roadkill on my ps2, haven’t played it in years tho bc i kept getting stuck on this one delivery/checkpoint story mission 😭

its like they ran out of money so they reused everything for the second half of the game and used one slide show for endgame cutscene for every character. they had everything they needed but decided to put more than they had

Shame about the framerate yeah, the game didn't seem to have LODs or anything like that which is really strange. TM2 as much as we give flak to it atleast always runs at 20fps (it's a horrible framerate, but atleast you can see gameplay properly due to it not jumping). Also those race checkpoints are *criminally* small lmao for how much chaotic physics you had to put up with
