I still watch The waltons everyday on MeTV at 12 noon. My favorite episodes were the first few years when John boy and the entire cast were on the show. Grandpa, grandma, mama and Daddy, all the children. The Baldwin sisters were so special including Ike and Cora Beth. It's hard to imagine any of the characters in real life being anything but who they portrayed on the set. Whoever cast all the characters were perfect at picking all of you. I loved each and every one of you and still do. You were and still are a bright spot of my childhood and my senior years. Thanks so much for participating in a series that brought joy to so many. I think it’s Great for all the viewers because the Waltons truly lived thru hard times and in a crazy world today it’s a good reminder when we think life seems to be rough we can always look back to see how the Walton’s there’s a book called the Greatest Generation and it covers the life and how the people really lived during the Great Depression and later into the war the dust bowl the county survived and into the 5o:s homes all started being built so I hope Judy will keep this channel alive Even a second review would be great because as mentioned you always see something more when watching it the second or third time around

I lost my wonderful husband in 2023, so I am in survival mode right now. I grew up watching the Waltons in the 70's. I love your channel and listening to what you remember during filming. I enjoy when you have cast and crew members reminiscing about filming the show. Happy New Year's Judy.

I lost both sides of family..I'm the last. Its weird watching old shows & individual people keeps leaving us. 😭 when I heard Wayne Osmond passed, all I thought was You can't hide from death! I listen to 70s music more & sometimes these old shows etc..I feel sad still. God help us all 🙏

I so appreciate that we have The Waltons series to rewatch and rewatch! It is fun to watch those episodes and escape from the stresses of our times! We always leave an episode feeling good and like we just spent time with family. Have you ever had the actor on your show who played Yancy , or the actor who played Jenny Pendleton?

I love the Waltons! I enjoy watching the reruns!! I can't believe I am having a 50th reunion from high school in 2025! Time moves on! I'm sad I lost my mom in 2024. Mom came from a family of ten kids! She grew up in the mtns of southeastern KY. She lived the life growing a garden and living the farm life. I'm glad that I got to help my parents grow their garden. That's my new hobby since I retired as a teacher!

Your channel is like a warm comfy cozy cup of hot coco on this cold day in Texas. Please don’t stop uploading. My husband and I are on season 8 and this is the first time for both watching The Waltons. We are both early 60’s my parents migrated from Mexico in the late 60’s and didn’t speak or understand English much so we missed watching the show when it first came out. Now we don’t go to bed until we watch at least 1 show. Can’t wait to rewatch it again too . Rerevisiting & recapping the shows is a wonderful idea. We will never get tired of them. I, also, like to learn about the depression. I enjoy meeting authors of Civil War books, also. I recently went to Celtic Woman Christmas symphony concert. Judy Norton, Shawn Rhymes here. I liked your thoughts on remembering Y2K and Space Odyssey. I remember where I was at and what I was going when I heard Mount Saint Helens blow her top, as well as the terrorist attack on 9-11. There are a lot of good as well as bad and sad things all of us remember. The 1 thing that will stand out in my mind for 2024 was delivering the eulogy at my younger brother's funeral. In this new year, I'm planning a trip to Europe. Something I'm looking forward to. I've never been out of the United States. Thanks for posting this video. I enjoyed it.

Hi Judy! I love watching all of your videos. I remember the first time I saw the Homecoming and met your character Mary Ellen. I thought you were beautiful and I loved your spunk “piss ants”. Then came the Waltons. My wife and I both loved the show and wanted so bad to be a part of the family and we still Watch today We have all episodes on dvd and when we want to “go home on Waltons mountain” we just pop in a dvd. When I was 10 yrs old, every week I would watch The Waltons, with my tray table and a TV dinner my mom made me. Fantastic memories and weekly tradition! Happy 2025 Judy. I have missed more of these than I care to admit. I hope to do a marathon day when all I do is watch the episodes I have missed. My main wish for this new year is that I get to keep my current health insurance as I need to have my cataracts removed and the jury is out on what exactly the new DC administration will do. Happy New Year Judy! One of my most special memories about the Waltons was back when the show first started I used to watch it with my dad, I’d sit in his wood workshop while he’d be working on a project and we’d watch the show and chat about it during the commercials. He loved the show and so did I. I think he felt a connection with John as he also went through the depression, went to war in 1942 and after married and had 7 children. We watched the show frequently until I got married in 1975 and moved an hour away. It remained our favorite show through the years. My dad sadly passed away this past November at the age of 100 and I’ll always hold those fond memories close to my heart forever.

I am really enjoying your stories. 2025 is a big year for me I am turning the big 60 in April and I am planning a big trip from Michigan to Mount Rushmore , the devil's tower , on up to Manitoba and back down to Copper Harbor Michigan. I'm also going to Toronto in February for a concert. Eivor. I saw her in Iceland in 2023. I love to travel. May 2025 be an amazing year for your family and friends

So decided as an anniversary i would publish my 50th book on Amazon (I had 45 books there already ) So I completed it. For 2025 I need to get in shape. I want to walk the New England segments of Appalachian Trail. Not going to be easy as old knees but its a Life goal . Peace and love

For y2k I was then a young mom of 6 kids living on an acreage. We had our own milk cow for milk butter and cheese, we had our own chickens for meat and eggs, and a massive garden. I went to bed. 😂 no worries. Thank you for sharing so much , Judy. I sure hope this can continue. Many of us adore the interviews, the question and answer, and the behind the scenes. Mary

Hi Judy….oh how you made me smile…I was a Regional Director for a national home support agency…I had to be on call with my tech support folks as we depended on our systems to deliver home care. Oh what ac waste of time…never thought I’d be looking at age 75 and being a great grandmother…but here I am. I’ve had lovely experiences in my life and now cherish all experiences….Thanks for adding to my love of Waltons. Have a great year

I went skiing up at Whistler on two occasions with my family. Just a beautiful area with great skiing on both Whistler and Blackcomb. There was some snow falling while we were there both times which made it perfect 🎶♥️🥰🎄
