During the war years it probably took most fire departments 3 years give or take to see the same amount of fire compared to just 1fdny engine company during the war years.

Seeing these clips reminded me that I need to go to my town’s fire house and look for a tape that recorded a tanker task force shuttle run training. I think the tape is from the mid ‘80s. Hopefully I’ll get around to asking if I can root around the archives.

Pete I'm sure you will have no problem finding videos or photos of the super pumper operating at fires back in the day you got the connections to get it done that would be awesome if you can come up with some.

A more suitable soundtrack for this would've been "Glory Days".
