Asterism, a Japanese three piece, are actually pretty similar. Almost identical career paths, going viral when the youngest member was only 11 back in 2014. Now they aren't all siblings like The Warning, though the drummer and bassist are brothers. The only real difference is that Asterism are 95% instrumental only, and that's because they only speak Japanese and they wanted their music to speak for itself and to not to be burdened with any language barriers. They only recently started experimenting with vocals last year during concerts in Japan.

This is one of the first 5 songs I’d heard from them, (the Lunario version has a darker more gothic feel) before I knew it was the prologue to their concept album. I realized they really have something special going on, songwriting, performing, everything. I was sucked in and two years later having listened to everything they’ve ever done I’ve never once been disappointed. It’s an incredibly rewarding journey. It gets to point that when you find some 1 minute excerpt of a performance you’ve never heard you get immediately excited and need to hear it.

To find the article and vote you just Google the following " Louder the best new rock songs you must hear now" and type the warning next to it. So we need to bring the song back up in the standings. The contest ends Sunday. And then they come up with a new batch of songs.

Hey Wayne. This is the first song on the Queen of the Murder Scene concept album. Pau sings lead on this, and the last song on the record, The End (Stars always seem to fade). Pau puts a lot of emotion into her vocals. Singing and playing the drums. She builds her stamina by practicing singing while running. Ale's basslines are usually what grab my attention, she's the glue that holds it all together, and great harmonies too. The spoken part is voiced by their manager , Rudy, playing the preacher character. I know you like listening to entire albums, when you choose to go through this 2nd album, the entire record was played, and is posted on KZbin, at Lunario CDMX 2018, when they were 18, 16 and 13. Also highly recommended is "Evolve" at the 2023 mtv music awards.

Queen of the murder scene is a concept album. Dust to dust is the first song in the story. You will love this album. They do the complete album in a concert at Lenareo. Great concert to watch. TWA

Dust to Dust at the Lunario CDMX it's the best live!! The cameras focus on where they should be, and closer than the Teatro Metropolitan, and the sound it's better...

I agree. Overall sound is better at Teatro Met, but at Lunario , theres more Pau on camera and Dany's guitar tone and volume is perfect.

@@black-eyedNed Imo the biggest difference at Lunario is Ale - her bass tone is filthy and in your face, and she is far less self-concious - which translates to louder and more present vocals, and to an all around more natural stage presence. Teatro is more smooth and polished, and Lunario is more down and dirty. Both are great all around, for different reasons.

This is track one of their concept album. It takes place at the protagonists funeral, and is narrated by her ghost. She invites the listener to hear her tale of self destruction, and warns not to follow her path. Pau portrays the main character, and when Dany sings in the majority of the songs, she's portraying the side of her that descends into madness. Her wail at the end is her soul leaving her body. Absolutely listen to this album in order.

Furthermore, being the prologue of the concept album "Queen Of The Murder Scene", the effect produced by the song and the lyrics are enhanced when one knows the tragic story of the queen.

If you want to do Queen of the Murder Scene as an album, be sure to do the songs from the Lunario show. It's every song on the album in track order (plus a few extra songs) and the album tells a complete story. This song is the opening track, told by the ghost of the title character at her own funeral, introducing the story to the listener

Queen of the Murder Scene (commonly referred to as QOTMS) is a phenomenal concept album (written by teenagers!) involving Unrequited love, obsession, murder and mayhem! The Warning first played it Live at Lunario in (I believe) 2018, so they are younger…but it is still phenomenal! I highly recommend that you react to the whole concert in order-not telling you how to run your channel, but some reactors reserve one day a week for The Warning… Also, to fully understand the story (it generally takes a few listens to each song), I suggest pulling up Timberwolf’s excellent synopsis (with links to each song in order). Hey, since you've already discovered this is the prologue to their Queen Of The Murder Scene concept album written (but you probably would not guess it if you heard it without background info) by pre-/midteens. The sisters are way beyond their ages when it comes to writing/composing. They play 5 superb renditions of songs from QOTMS at Teatro Metropolitan. But, to really get into the story (and then the story behind the story) you have to see the Live at Lunario where they first played the whole album. There you'll see, 18y old Dany, the storyteller and guitar goddess, 16y old Pau, the busy bee, drum punisher and storyteller, and last, but definitely not least, 13y old Ale, the enchanting freebird, bad ass bass virtuoso, backing vocalist and the dark glue keeping it whole together.

The rhythm section of this band is top notch. Ale, the bass player is considered the human metronome of this band, but beyond keeping the band on time, she's quite a technical player having been trained from a very young age with jazz, funk and rock bass techniques by one of the groups mentors, Pablo Gonzáles Sarre(part of de Los Claxons). All 3 sisters were trained on classical piano as well.

if you want to go back in time, I'd recommend the live shows for each of their album's, for their first look for the Dakota Bar full show, then their Lunario show. you could even react to them off channel or well, you know, one song per video reaction or divide them in halves, you decide! but yes, definitely worth your time to see where they started out.

What always impress's me, is that as while Dany is holding that long undulating note at the end, she is playing a syncopated single string lead and not missing a beat, can you say "counter-intuitive?... oh, and that "bass player"'s name is Alejandra,or, Ale,(pronounced Aleh, not ale, like the beer) who is the youngest sister and the tallest of the three. *Dust to Dust* *Dust to Dust* is the intro song on DPA/TW's _"Queen of the Murder Scene"_ concept album (aka QOTMS)... it is inviting you in to hear the deep, dark, and foreboding story of a young woman apparently in love with someone that doesn't even know she exists... it follows her battles between good and evil over her soul... the Spanish speaking part is their manager, Rudy, playing the part of a preacher at the funeral... translated to English, this is what he says... Let go of your hand of resentment and Wake up to a new light within you Although your brothers try Plunge into the darkness DPA/TW's _"Queen of the Murder Scene"_ is one of those concept albums best experienced by listening to it from beginning to end in order... listening to each of the songs piecemeal and out of order is like trying to figure out a movie by catching a portion near the end, one from near the beginning, and one near the middle... yeah, it won't work out very well... their performance of it at Lunario was the first time the album was presented in full to the public... it had been released over time in chapters of three songs... i like Lunario because it was the first public performance, the animations on the big screen behind Pau, and the girls were in character... others prefer their presentation of QOTMS at another venue for various reasons... as a concept album, many of us members of TWA can easily see QOTMS as a movie or Broadway stage performance... it is that good and to think it was written by them at a very young age and released as their 2nd album! i mean... whoa! who does that?? 😹 TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA

Queen of the Murder Scene is a phenomenal concept album, even more so when you realize it was only their second full length record AND written by teenagers. When I first read about the concept, I thought it was just teenage angst kind of stuff. No, it's SO much darker than that!

Yep. QOTMS is a concept album presented in book form, 4 chapters, 3 songs per chapter. Most of the good reactors have done it in chapter form, 3 songs per video reaction. The girls did Vlogs explaining the songs. They should be viewed after you do the chapter, so you can see how close you are understanding the songs. Great info comes out in the comments from fans, subs, and new listeners.

I think, based on your thoughtful appreciation of the song, the bass, the structure, etc.. that you really would like the whole Queen oTMS album as an exploration. Their songwriting has always been strong and even though QoTMS is older, it has something special throughout that is well beyond their years. They craft their songs so meticulously that everything is worth listening to several times.

Ale (Ah-leh, bass) is not "miming." She can sing lead on most songs and when Dany (Dan-nee, guitar) has a sore throat or a tired voice from too much touring, she does sing lead on several songs to give Dany a break. However, Ale does not like the spotlight. They all have really good singing voices. Also, the drummer is Pau (POW! like the sound she makes).
