I've seen The Warriors 100 times. Can't even count how many times me and the neighborhood kids would play in the streets as Warriors. We'd have fake rumbles, foot chases weaving in and out of peoples yards and hopping fences and climbing on garage roofs....this movie was very much a part of my life when I was a kid. In my 50's now and everytime it pops up on TV, thats where the clicker points.

Hey Boppers, My name is Moise Morancy. I’m the writer, director and producer on this proof of concept. I also star as Cleon in this. If you’re like me, someone who appreciates and loves “The Warriors,” you know in 2005, Rockstar created a video game based on the cult classic and gave a backstory to how the gang was formed. Myself and others believe this needs to be remade as a prequel. No one can hold a candle to the originators but I wanted to pay homage and give them their flowers. Because they weren’t good…they were “the best.” I hope you enjoy! 🙏🏿

Hello, Denise, The Warriors is a cult classic, it's a masterpiece!!! It's a Mona Lisa painting...... you can't redo it, never catch that moment or feel of that time period..... They've done that with Magnum PI, Hawaii 5 - O, and tried to do remakes of a lot of classic movies and it's not the same,........ The only one I can think of were they did an awesome job, The Thing !!! Directed by James Cameron, ...the original came out in the 60's 🤔, updated script and really good special effects.......... and the sequel was good too 👍.
