I remember my first encounter with Ranch dressing and Pizza in my teens. We ordered a basic pepperoni pizza and were having a good time BSing about school and being seniors we both only had 3 classes a day. I had to go to the bathroom and when I returned, our pizza was just getting delivered. As I sat down I saw he had a cup of ranch in front of him and he dipped his slice in it. I was taken aback and asked "what the hell is that'? He said, "Ranch bro"! I was dumbfounded and said, "that sounds disgusting"! His eyes widened like an anime character and asked, "have you never had ranch on your pizza"? "No, why would you put ranch on your pizza"? "Just try it", he said. So I dipped my slice and took a bite, it absolutely changed my life. It's now a requirement for me eating pizza now, and I recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it to take the plunge.

I agree with Dustin when you get older, you don't really get excited anymore for new games. It's nice for sure, but the hype is gone. RE2 Remake was the last game I was pretty excited about, but when it came out. It didn't surpass the original to me. We also live in a highly politicized culture more now than it's ever felt to me which has sucked the fun out of everything including movies. Maybe it's because I'm old now. Even remakes don't get me excited because I know the game won't be made like I would want. For example I really liked Vice City and most of Rockstar Games. My ideal remake is the same game, but with improved controls and visuals. We know that won't be the case because it needs to have that "modern" flavor which you guys don't like to hear about.

The only time I have ever done or justified socking one foot at a time is a rare case like standing around a wet or dirty area like while camping, and it is easier to fully dress one foot then the other for the sake of the socks staying dry or clean instead of having to set my sock down in a dirty space, but I acknowledge those cases are the exception and few and far between.

I feel like they totally skipped over the main downside of Battle Pass objectives: Forcing players to play a specific playstyle they probably don't like just to progress. Battle passes are never a good thing. Even the free ones like Deep Rock Galactic where there's no way to give the dev money, it still feels like unnecessary FOMO and a forced seasonal model to keep you playing even when you'd like to take a break.
