Has Ndugu ever thought of doing an online school of investigators? I admire his skills. Talking about the URA's poor tax collection. I know groups of Egyptians in Uganda as tourists and researchers but are doing business without paying any tax. They vend goods in vehicles and keep them in their residential houses. So they dont even pay even local taxes.
