Not related at all to the subject of the video but seeing Gabi with skin texture similar to mine is so refreshing. Most creators these days either use filters or gallons of foundations to hide it, but she rocks it like a queen and inspires me to embrace it myself. You're such an inspiration Gabi, keep being an awesome representation of real natural beauty!!

Right? Tiktok is absolutely absurd to me. It used to be kinda funny when it first came out but I deleted it and will never use it again because I cannot fathom how the insanely psychotic shit on it is what we are doing in the world these days. I would take the bouncy DVD symbol any day over this weird shit.
@claytonberg7219 ай бұрын
@@Nurse_Meeks I tried tiktok for a hot minute. I signed up saying I liked animals and such. It kept feeding me videos of dogs being killed by packs of wolves and such. I couldn't figure out how to block the channels so I just deleted the app. I just stick to instagram which seems to know I want vids of cute dogs and cats.

Seeing that definition of GYAT really hurt my soul. It's AAVE, it's an emphatic way of saying "God DAMN" usually used when you see a nice butt. It's simply an exclamation, and the phonetic spelling. Not an acronym, thats a lie white people were told 😂

The point of diamonds is to add another layer of obfuscation. Harder to figure out how much they take, if it's converted from money to poopies to dookies to turds to money. Especially if they never tell you how many dookies you're actually given.

Gabi, I don't know how you can handle this. Scrolling TikTok, seeing a Live, then an ad, then another live. It changes me. It begins a primal rage in me, something from before we had even evolved into humans, like a nuclear reaction that has already reached critical mass. And you just walk through those heaps of filth laughing and looking mildly confused.

the monetization system on tiktok seems suspiciously close to Japan's pachinko parlors. In Japan, Gambling is illegal nationally but to skirt around that law, your "winnings", which is represented by a bunch of silver balls, are weighted and counted which is then exchanged for prices. then you go to another facility (usually across the street) and exchange/sell those prices for actual money. Tiktok being a Chinese owned company might have used the same idea that Japanese use for Pachinko parlours.

In my country, Brazil, a youtuber called Felca started doing npc lives ironically and showed how easy it was to make money. This started a wave of people doing NPC lives for extra cash and resulted in Tiktok limiting these lives 😂. Felca made 4k in a week and donated to 5 charities.

The thing with tumblr live though is that we don't want it lol it's a huge security breach for users, the only use it gets is spam videos from other sites, and as much as we the tumblr community hate it, tumblr is going to keep it because it's "good for the shareholders"

As a millennial, I have to say that watching you 'feel old' is a cathartic experience I never wanted to relive, let alone through another younger person. I'm 35 so anyone younger than me assumes I'm Gen X or a Boomer. Well, I suppose at the very least Gen X brought us Daria and the art of comedic apathy. Gen X taught us millennials how to keep our expectations real real low and how to find the best weed, too. Now Gen Z is teaching me not to take litterally anything at all that they say seriously because when I ask sincere questions about wtf they meant I am laughed at and then feel very very elderly.
