I love Tekking, and i know his intros are long and he goes on tangents often, but sometimes he really stretches the situation to the point that it starts to be boring. Of course you could always use the "if you don`t like it then don`t watch it", but it goes beyond that! Doflamingo already explained his view on good vs evil during Marineford. His point was pretty much there is no good or evil, only power, and those in power get to define whats good or evil. So if he had the Wash-Wash fruit, it would either make his enemies adapt his ideology, or just render them immobile for a while. Speaking of alignment, if we go by D&D rules, I think Luffy would most likely be Chaotic Good. He doesn't play by the rules, but doesn't hurt innocent people either. He doesn't consider himself a hero, but ends up saving people regardless. Eustass "Captain" Kid would be considered Chaotic Neutral. He does whatever he wants, no matter the consequences. He kills people who piss him off in a brutal fashion, but is honest with it.

Tekking I have always considered you an intelligent individual, sure you focus mostly on anime, but you are a smart guy. But today that belief was shaken, not knowing how the old clothing pegs or pens work, I thought you were joking, momentarily. Then the sadness. You are using a clothing line, you take sheets (or shirts or towels or pants or whatever) and place it over/on the line depending on what type of clothing you are dealing with and then you simply press the pen down, such that the string with the portion of clothing you have selected as your anchor point slides into the opening. The closer it gets to the very inside the tighter the garment will be held to the line. I hope this helps. I still believe in you, sorta. I still believe in you when you aren't hanging clothes on a clothing line, which is great because you probably will never do that! One thing I've always questioned about the power of the Gura Gura no mi: Does the fruit inherantly give any wielder the power to destroy the world or was it only so insanely powerful because Whitebeard had it? The reason he helps is not because he objects to tyranny and cruelty in general but because he makes friends very easily and personally likes the people who are suffering. My interpretation of Otsuru's fruit: 1) The fruit doesn't necessarily summons clothe-pegs or a washing line. It might be something that Otsuru has to prepare herself to make the power more effective. 2) I believe that the morality changing/cleaning powers is only temporary. I use a cloths line every week at work. work at a grooming shop, and we use towels to dry the dogs after they get their bath. We have a washer then to wash the towels, but the place dose not have to hookups for a dryer, so we have to hang the towels to dry outside. even use clothespins
