Daltrey is outrageusly ripped for his age, and towsend puts down for posterity why he is one of the greatest guitarists who ever lived. Unless this video is re-edited in a stalinist way ... What's not to like :)

Way back I saw at seperate concerts, The WHO and Led Zeppelin, both bands at the same venue, the Pontiac Silverdome (Mi.) capacity 80,000 If I had to choose which one to see again it would be The WHO. they were just better, a better band live, incendiary.

Simon Phillips did a great job, but I will never forget that Moon the Loon was the reason I had a serious fallout with my classical pianist mother by refusing to learn the piano in favour of learning to play the drums.....50 years on and I still play!! Thanks Keith - RIP

I've been listening to this song years before my generation was introduced to Limp Bizkit's version. I get severely annoyed that they prefer the latter's than the Who's especially when they make fan-made music video animations.

1974 I see them at empire pool Wembley I had a restricted view which means I was looking down at the drummer so I could see every time he changed his sticks they even done bell boy 5 years later I saw them at Wembley good but not the same and no bell boy

Keith was by far the more creative and unique drummer. But live, he was often a disaster, and at best tolerable. Jones played Moon's parts live far better than Moon did.
