The Who vs What of Salvation

This biblical messages begins by going into detail on what John the Baptist and Jesus preached, and how their emphasis was on WHO Jesus was. It then delves into how Peter, the early apostles, and even Paul preach the death, burial, and resurrection, of Jesus Christ. It also goes through the book of Acts, showing how the emphasis changes from believing in WHO Jesus was to trusting in WHAT Jesus did for sinners, expounding upon the transition from Jews to Gentiles, and how salvation goes from receiving the Holy Spirit by water baptism for Jews (Acts 2:38) to salvation by grace and receiving of the Holy Spirit by FAITH in the finished work of Jesus Christ (Acts 16:30,31 and Eph. 1:13).
