I was able to get this to work, but its definitely not easy. Why is it necessary to drag solder between pads like this? That could have been built into the board. Just make both a ps4 and ps5 version so its easier to install.

Jun Zeng, what do you mean by damping? Are you referring to the spring tension on the stick movement?

Ive been struggling getting the joysticks off the board without burning it. Any advice? Im also curious if you have a recommended tempature setting for the heat gun. Thanks in advance!

I'm getting ready to install these this weekend, got the kit in last friday... soooooo excited! And fortunately this controller has stick drift bad, so it will be nice to go from broken to upgraded! Thanks for the detailed videos!
