Someone said something recently, "Think of being 75 years old; if you could buy time, how much would you give to go back to this moment in your life right now? That's how valuable your life is right now. you're here!" ❤😊

If I offered you £10,000,000 you'd accept it? Of course, anyone would. Then I tell you it has 1 condition, you don't get to wake up 2mra...no way!!! No deal? Of course, no one would. So wake up 2mra knowing how much you value it. 🙏🏻❤💪🏻

One of the crazy things about this is that this is that, once you stop stressing yourself out over not being better and not making the progress you'd like, it becomes much easier to make progress because your mindset shifts from "I suck and need to be better" (negativity and unhealthy pressure) to "I'm fine but I'd like to be better" (positivity and doing it because you want to).

I do ketamine infusions every 3 weeks for depression and anxiety and overall mental health. After listening to this podcast, I literally edited out this exact clip and sent it to my doctor who administers the ketamine. He is an amazing person. I shared it bc I’ve always “known” what Duncan was saying, but could never actually feel it inside. It’s a simple concept, yet it’s also completely complicated and after a year of infusions, I can honestly say I can now feel it. I’ve always been too hard on myself. I don’t think it would have been nearly as effective with a different doctor. Theo, if you want to give it another try, dm me and come up to Minnesota next time you have a break in schedule.

I understand this message but I feel like these words could mislead many. If u get it, u get it... but I feel like some could interpret this as absolute acceptance, which could hinder their motivation for actually evolving... but maybe not every soul is here to truly evolve beyond a certain human level during this current life.

Do not covet… when we covet what others have and think that should be us living their life.. or living in their house.. or sleeping next to their woman… It is ONLY THEN that we become willing to break the other commandments God gave Moses to give to his people. So that they may live a life without unneeded strife, anger, jealousy or be murdered or killed for our behavior.. they are not rules to bind us.. they are the guild lines to living the best life you can.

I disagree, even though I’m very heavy on spirituality, I feel it is important to take care of your soul and to always better it. I intertwine spirituality with self development - they go hand in hand. That “better” version of you doesn’t exist, but its up to you to get it there while feeling happy about where you are and the journey to get to this “better” version.
