I have been watching your channel from the beginning and I have been thinking why I love the Delos videos so much. You guys seem to immerse yourselves into the culture and places you go and you paint a picture of the world I believe exists.....that is, the world is full of good people living there lives, working, playing, family, friends and fun. Ive never been on a sailboat but im about 1000 hours in on my KZbin captains licence. I wanted to say that when I 1st came across this channel I was overwhelmed by the number of episodes and also the earlier videos and thumbnail pics were a little gratuitous so I didn't invest the time. Over the last year this channel has easily become the only media I consume on a regular basis. Its becoming filmic in quality and there is a definite maturation in the storytelling process. The time gap from videos and blogs is not missed. But I had to go back and re read a bunch of Lizbef’s blogs now they are all making sense with a face to go with the blogs (after binge watching a ton of episodes I got so behind). It takes a lot to share as much as you did Elizabeth. That has to be difficult but from the energy in your face on camera and the shift in your blogs, the profound positive effect Delos has had on you shows! Fair winds on your next adventure! Even though I have not been lucky enough to join Delos in person, ALL your videos have had a profound positive influence in my life from afar. It is so appreciated the work you do. Lisa's birthday party was great, even without the hike -which came later. All that food and the teamwork putting it together (and eating it) was wonderful! Regarding all the sites and sounds in every video, we need to work on getting smell-o-vision going. Leave it to Brady to be the first to fart into the smell-o-sensor! lol It's sad to hear that Liz is leaving but she's already got her own videos out about buying a sailboat with her new French mate so she's okay. About Brian going to get parts for the boat, well we haven't heard about the Auto-Pilot being repaired yet. I'd love to hear about that. Finally, great video as usual, but they also always seem fresh and unique!

That was awesome, brought back so many memories. I learned how to sail growing up in Ilha Bela, really beautifull place. You would need a lot more time to explore the island though, so many trails, so many waterfalls. About the borrachudos, damn I hate these things with a passion, one would dismiss those very tiny "mosquitos" but when they bite it gets ugly and itches like hell, on the ohter hand they are an indication of good air quality and clean water because they could not survive otherwise.
