From what I understand from the Witcher series is, as much as humans in that world fear or sacrifice themselves to monsters, humans can sometimes be the scarier monsters than the beasts that roam in the wild. And from the trailer, the cycle still continues.

This was always my dream The Witcher 4 after finding out Geralt wouldn’t be in future games for now. We are moving to the second protagonist of the Witcher books and I can’t wait for the new saga storyline. 😌

Nobody has noticed that the dialogue in the cave that ciri is hearing sounds like Ciri, with a mage or something, trying to convince someone to let her undergo something experimental and the man is telling them to f off. Which is very interesting. Maybe a survivor of a witcher school?

She tells them that cause sum how these villages in the game are oblivious to the fact that its monsters and not gods like in witcher 3 the village that sends children and young adult virgins to the top of the mountain as sacrifices to the gods so they have a good harvest but the whole time it's the Crones and they don't even keep the promises of giving them good crops. Ciri and geralt go try to save the sacrifices and defeat the Crones and after they do all villagers are all scared and bummed out like the ones in this trailer after the girl came back from the Forrest.

In the books she eats a bunch of food for witchers by mistake and gets witcher traits...like white hair. She is a sudo witcher.

​@@joetickle8304 and in the books it was never directly said 1:1 that girls can't be witchers.. it is hinted that girls were used for the trials as well, but they never survived, but since Ciri is built different due to her elder blood, she will somehow survive. Besides people seem to forget that Ciri was not supposed to defeat the white frost it was her futures child, but they changed the lore, so it is fitting for.the game. I think we can trust them, let them cook, i am certain we will get another masterpiece, fingers crossed
