Netflix released new info on The Witcher universe at their fan event TUDUM. They showed some new teasers, sneak peeks and a season 2 trailer. They also announced a second witcher anime film, confirmed The Witcher season 3 and a... wait for it... "fun-filled kids and family series" in The Witcher universe.

I like how they appear to be keeping his nasty leg wound from the end of S1 going into S2, and not fully insta-healing it. Not the unhealed broken leg from the books; but they could use this instead, to give Geralt the challenge of physical vulnerability (reflecting his emerging emotional vulnerability).

The first two books were entirely time-jumps, but I think season 2 is going to be adapted from book 3 (Blood of Elves) in which there are no more time jumps! :)
