There is no legal definition of "biological sex", not in the UK and not in any other country, and there is also no possibility to enshrine it in laws without arbitrariness and lawsuits following, it also would affect some cis intersex people, if that all weren`t so some transphobic governments around the world had already done it.

@@miriamlana833 it wouldn't effect Intersex people because the intersex conditions are sexed. Turners,swyers etc only occur in females and DSDs like Kleinfelters only occur in males. So that wouldn't effect any definition of biological sex. The reason it hasn't been legally defined is because nobody has had to define it. It was a given as the sex characteristics a child is born with. Every child is born with the reproductive capabilities of either large gametes(egg/ova) which makes them female or small mobile gametes(sperm) that makes them male. Not difficult to define at all, especially when someone actually understands DSDs(Intersex)
