I stand firm in the belief that if I did something wrong, they should tell me so I can make things right. If they don’t, I don’t take it personally and accept that it’s likely their own internal struggles.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful perspective! Standing firm in your beliefs while respecting others’ boundaries shows real strength and emotional maturity. It’s true that not everyone is ready to communicate openly, and understanding that can bring us a lot of peace. Keep up this inspiring mindset! Don't give up on love my friend! Personally I have been through some frustrating experiences. I am not an expert but I do understand that women are a tricky business specially if you yourself are a good person. It does not matter how attractive they can be, I believe that some of them still deserve are manly compassion. So my friend, don't give up, saddle up and keep hunting. You deserve it!

That's also what I've come to. Just work on yourself, work out, make money, and love yourself. Spread love as well but at a balance. Don't waste your time and mental health on people and especially a one sided love relationship. People will just naturally come to you. Only give respect to people that respect you. I've chased girls and try to befriend people only to end up in deep pain, now I just stand at a distance rather than forcing myself to have others to try to like me. Greeting people and being nice is all you need to do for most people, never put anyone on a pedestal.

Good stuff. I'm in the process of doing this now. It has taken me 15 years of taking things personal and communicating my needs in the expectation that she would care. Only to find every time I do that, she seems to make it a goal not to meet those needs. Now, I'm no longer going to communicate my needs but just take what I am given and be content with the rest.

I have a new respect for myself now and if I never find someone I will be okay. Do I want a partner to share life with? Yes. Will I be fine if I don’t find someone? Yes.

I finished watching the whole video. This is one that I’m going to save and watch a couple more times to help me take this to heart. I’ve been seeing a women for the last couple of months. When we hang out, we click really well and enjoy each other’s company. We’ve both been hurt by someone we’ve previously loved. I’ve come to realize that I tend to need more reassurance now after being hurt than I used to. She pulls away from time to time after we have spent time together. This video has really opened my eyes to what she could be going through during those times she has pulled away and how I can support both of us during these times. I am choosing to endure and work on myself. I will become a safe harbor and I wait to see if she decides to pull her ship in. If she doesn’t, I will still be prepared for the next potential ship to dock. Thank you for this eye opening perspective.

I needed to hear this to understand one part of my problem and if I said one part, it's 101% of that part, the distance because of refusing listening to here because she left home for months and come back after being recovered, but, me I wast starting to accept my new life that one side, I can handle as explained in the video. But the biggest problem is the yelling, since we are together, any question run a yells to point that I am even doubting to my personnality, am I bad, am I hurting to ask even if she is feeling good, need something,.... Am I crazy or she is controlling me by making me so bad anytime I want to be kind to her or care for her or anything I do. I was lost, but I decided to move forward as my happiness depends only on me, if you are happy because I breath, that ok, otherwise, I don't care any more.

Good advice. I’m guilty Of hiding or deferring resolution because my partner is often very offensive and makes personal attacks on me, brining up past failures and fights. Even when I try to use good listening skills it’s not reciprocated but spirals into more personal attacks. I feel hopeless.

Thank you so much for your honesty and for sharing your experience. It sounds incredibly challenging, especially when you’re making an effort to listen and resolve issues calmly. Remember, it's a sign of strength to try and communicate constructively even when it's not reciprocated. It’s okay to protect your peace and set boundaries if the conversation turns hurtful. You deserve a relationship where both partners feel heard and respected. Don’t lose hope - sometimes stepping back to prioritize your well-being can create space for healthier dialogue in the future. Stay strong, and take care of yourself.

My girl is like this. She didnt text me for 2 days. Then she came to my office and brought me my favourite cake and drink. She did this all the time. Always thinking of me in her own way. I began to understand her. She is not like a normal girl. So I gave her the space she needs, only replying to her message but not the one who initiate it.

We have been in this relationship for almost a year. She is like that. A different kind of a person, quite unique. She cared for me in her own way. You wouldn't expect the surprise she will bring me when we meet. I have no problem with this, since I am not into her 100%.

This happened with my ex .we dated for a few months in the beginning. we were texting talking a lot hanging out, few dates here and there. but then she's started backing away texting less, saying that she was busy with work and school. When I texted her, she would take days even a week to text me back. I was tired of reaching out first. After two weeks, she blocked me everywhere. A month went by and she texted me saying I was the one who broke things up. That I disappeared for 2 weeks and she assumed it was over. I knew she was losing interest and not putting effort. I choose to walk away. I chose my mental health and happiness.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It sounds like you made a strong choice to prioritize your mental health and happiness, which is never easy but always important. Relationships can be complicated, especially when communication breaks down. It’s clear that you put in effort, and when you felt it wasn’t reciprocated, you chose to take care of yourself. I hope others can find inspiration in your story. If anyone else has gone through something similar, feel free to share your thoughts - let's support each other on this journey! I am deeply in love with someone, and he used to love me even more. Everything was going perfectly. But a week ago, he suddenly told me he lost his feelings for me and doesn’t want to be with me anymore. I tried my best to win him back with countless calls and messages, but he didn’t respond. I met him, and afterward, he blocked me everywhere. Yesterday, I met him again to try to convince him, but he said he can’t be with me. I asked if there was something wrong with me, but he said no. He simply lost his feelings for me and apologized. I am in deep pain now. Can anyone advise me on what to do?

Let him leave. It’ll create the sense of mystery of your whereabouts which creates attraction. Easier said than done, but ask yourself, have you ever been attracted to someone who calls and messages you asking for your attention? Sounds desperate right? That’s how he’s viewing you. And trust me, that’s not going to pull him in. Your absence will.

Thank you so much for sharing your story here. I can truly feel the depth of your love and the pain you’re going through. When someone we care deeply for suddenly withdraws, it’s incredibly challenging, and it’s normal to feel lost and hurt. Often, the hardest thing to do in such a situation is to take a step back and give both yourself and him space, even if it feels counterintuitive. Focus on reconnecting with yourself-rediscover what brings you joy and peace outside the relationship. Remember, the process of healing is gradual, but each step you take for yourself will help you regain strength. Be kind to yourself during this time. Please stay connected here, and don’t hesitate to share more with us. If this message resonates, consider sharing the video with others who might need these reminders as well. 💙 Thank you again for being here.

Unfortunately, you have no other choice than to look for someone else to fall in love with. Even, if you ignore your ex („no contact“), the risk is high, that he won‘t miss you. If he notices you‘ve got somebody else, he MAY possibly become again interested in you… , but even this would be more a sign of his competition instinct, and less for his love for you… If he would REALLY love you, he could not stand to be without you for more than a few days, maximum weeks. But, as you‘ve described your situation, the probability is really very low for that. It may be as hard as it can get, but you have to look for somebody else.. regardless, of the result.

@@kriskross63 Thank you for sharing your perspective. I completely understand where you’re coming from. It’s true that in some cases, moving on and focusing on new opportunities might be the best path forward, especially when someone isn’t showing signs of genuine love or missing us deeply. However, I believe that taking time for no contact isn’t just about trying to get the other person to miss you-it’s also a chance for personal healing, growth, and clarity. Regardless of the outcome, this period can help us regain our own strength and decide what we truly deserve in a relationship. Thanks again for your thoughtful comment-I really appreciate your insight! 🙏
