Hey Sherry, This is Zach, we met a couple of times before Shane passed away. I came up to stay with you two at the Tahoe cabin. Just wanted to say I still miss the guy! We were quite close there for several years, lived with he and his mom in Aptos ca, no picnic! We shared a bunk, of course he slept on the bottom because Glenn was afraid he would fall off and get hurt. It was a contentious brotherly relationship, I being a little more than a year older. You learn a lot about a person at that age, unfiltered and lively to say the least! Glad to see You and Ayla getting along and well! Best regards, Zach!

I just want to say what an awesome guy. Sherry you and Shane were so lucky to have each other. I'm so sorry for your lose. I don't know you, but I'm sending much love to you and your daughter.

sigh...such an amazing story of Sherry. I'm married too - to an extreme athlete. I relate very much to this - makes me smile and cry all at the same time. ; ) It's such an amazing ride being married to someone so amazing, but hard to consider the risks sometimes. I wouldn't trade it for the world though.

They are sharing his life, not stealing it. I for one am happy that these little tribute videos are being made and offered for everyone to see.

I remember Shane saying sometimes that they were very good to him and they never pushed him to do anything. More of the opposite, Shane pushed red bull to let him do crazy stuff! :D

I agree, it's sure not his wife or friends stealing something. The only critic from my side goes to Red Bull, which is def. driving their people to risks which they maybe would not take sometimes.

You are so wrong. Red bull is a great company that does a huge amount for all of it's athletes in so many different sports. I can't think of anything Red Bull has done wrong as a company. They put so much of their money back into the sports it is insane. The owner of Red Bull still lives in a little cottage with his wife and drives like a 20 year old car. Think before you speak, child.

really now this man is dead and you have to argue for what. and to anyone who thinks this is stealing his life your a crackup because one this is what he would of did with or without redbull and two this is sharing his memory for what he did and the person who loved him (HER) so who stole what people will find anything to say that negative

He died while skiing, says on the wikipedia page he didn't have enough time to deploy his parachute because he had trouble getting his skis off.

yeah... don't be so cynical. they didn't steal anything. I grant you that they are kind of advertising with his life (and death) as a support, but i think it's mostly because they respect the man, and think he embodies the spirit and values of the red bull brand. Money doesn't always have to stain stories. This is a beautiful one. Maybe we should just take it as it is and not hate on the advertising aspect of it. I am not native so my English might not be perfect but i hope you get my point...
